I was so pleased by the personalized care I received. I took in a rescue and he was treated so well just like my other dog is. There isn't a better place to take your fur babies. Wonderful service!

Countyline Animal hospital got our 2 Shepherds in the next day and did a great job explaining the problem and the medication they needed. Other wanted to sedate our dogs just to examine after 2 other visits and more money.thankyou

Went in on Tuesday with a sick cat had blood test done. We called Wednesday Thursday and Friday no results. Told the lab was backed up. Asked for a refund and they told us once the blood is sent to the lab no refund.Cat got worse and went to another Veterinarian all test where performed in office with results in 20 minutes. Stay away all they want is to take your money. They do not care about your pet.They put you on a brief hold ever time you call so you think they are really busy. Really what a joke!!!!!!!

Due to a misunderstanding at booking, the folks at the vet clinic were not quite completely prepared for the extensive demands of the FAVN testing for our 4 cats that we needed them to do. The whole team there at County Line Animal Hospital, however, rose to the occasion in a huge way to get it done for us. They did a whole bunch of prep work on the spot. Then the lovely, knowledgeable, and experienced Dr Golphin came in and checked our babies and offered some great advice. The techs then took the blood samples they needed despite our cats’ angriest objections. They showed love, compassion, and a gentle but firm touch during the stressful moments. Their love for animals showed in their every interaction. But, what deserves extra special recognition is how far beyond what any other vet office was willing to go they went to get us the very specific and unusual testing we needed (we called just about EVERY VET IN HERNANDO COUNTY and they were the only ones who were willing to help us from the start). I’m beyond grateful to them and will use this team in the future without hesitation. They’re wonderful people and an exceptional practice.
