This vet has 2 locations and we preferred the orange camp road location, but when we had to go to the spring garden location they didn't realize he already had one of the vaccines and almost administered it until I showed them the record. They had to rescan records from their other location which didnt make sense to me. Im not sure they even apologized. Then we were told we were good for a year until his rabies vaccine at a year, and when we went to board him a few months later they said he needed more vaccines so we went elsewhere...a lot of miscommunication on their part so we found another vet because instead of apologizing like a professional company we were treated poorly.

I brought my dog in several times. It was never pointed out how high his white blood count was or that they really did not have the knowledge of reading xrays or ultra sound in house. I had to take my dog to the ER 3 weeks later to find out his outcome was not great.

We took our doggy Kody in for a visit 3 weeks after we rushed him to ER, and was diagnosed with slipped disc in back and became paralyzed, the staff was so helpful and caring, explained everything to us, and answered all our questions and gave us hope, took time with us and at the same time explained what could be the worse outcome, thanks so much. It meant the world to us as this is the first time we have dealt with a situation like this.

Having 3 cats Otter, Bisbee and Biff that we take to Coountryside for their yearly check ups we have found in the last 3 years that we are very impressed with the staff and the veterinary. It’s important that we have a vet close and this location is 5 minutes away. This past visit we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Teri Harty and what a wonderful person to deal with.
