Update: The vet responded back the same day and provided a great detail and resolved my concerns. I think we can work forward to figuring out what can be done and perhaps talk with a specialist. Thank you, I’m very glad you reached out and informed me of why this is done. I have increased the rating. I’ll see how the second round of antibiotics do and hopefully it’s resolved. If not I’ll follow up for what to do next. Original posting below: I asked if my cat could be tested such as a nose swab before doing a second round of antibiotics. Let’s actually confirm this is the right path before trying another antibiotic. I asked the tech, and he said the vet said we don’t do that. I think it’s professional to confirm what the issue is before treating it, giving antibiotics for no reason. If you do in fact do a swab or something to see if it’s bacterial or viral I would be very interested. If not I’ll stick with my review.

Cremation services here are top notch!! The staff was great. The gentleman that works there is absolutely heavenly. Very soft spoken and compassionate about the process. Highly recommend

A couple months ago our dog was really sick so we took her into the vet to get checked out and they prescribed her some medications and was going to send us home but for some reason our debit card wasn't working they got real hateful with us and demanded are dogs medications back until we can pay. Over the years we've spent thousands and thousands of dollars in that vet taking care of all of our animals and never had a problem with our payments. They made us feel like they were more worried about their money more than our pet.

We have been using Country Critters for about 10 years. They helped us through the loss of one dog and the level of compassion we received was amazing. They were so thoughtful and patient as we said goodbye to Saydee Rose Fast forward several years and we adopted a GSD. I didn't hesitate and called Country Critters to get Ranger Joe in. They scheduled him right away. When he injured himself they squeezed him in on a Saturday.
