Just had an appointment for my cat who has blockage and he was treated so well. It was a long wait time but that’s how it is at all doctors offices. The vet was so kind and understanding. She thoroughly explained everything even though it was late at night. The girl at the front desk was super kind too. The consult room looked clean and well taken care of. Wonderful experience!

  • Negative Review: "This place is poorly run. Runs up exorbitant bills with nothing to show for it. They care WAY more about their convenience then they do about the welfare of the pet or accommodating a pet parent. It’s all about them. You could be left hanging at the front desk for very long times until they slowly print out the documentation... Go anywhere else. Absolutely anywhere."

If I could have given zero stars I would have. This place is poorly run. Runs up exorbitant bills with nothing to show for it. They care WAY more about their convenience then they do about the welfare of the pet or accommodating a pet parent. It’s all about them. You could be left hanging at the front desk for very long times until they slowly print out the documentation. I was told that I would have to wait one hour when I came to pick up my pet bc ALL of the nurses (all!) were in training and no one could release my pet, (of course my bill was paid!). Go anywhere else. Absolutely anywhere. Absolutely anywhere…..

I can't thank Coral Springs Animal Hospital enough for the care and time and dedication that they took to a sweet stray feral cat named Annie that came rushing in their doors one evening. They immediately took her back and they were very upfront about the estimate and costs. I told them that since this was a community cat I would be raising donations and asked if it would be okay to do a fundraiser for Annie and have people call in donations. They were willing to work with me. Over 20 people called in donations and the staff up front took down each person's information - that is a lot of work and some vets don't allow this!! Annie would not have been able to be treated if it we were not able to raise donations this way. Annie was treated with the utmost care and wasn't overlooked despite being a stray cat. She was treated as if she was someone's beloved pet, and guess what, today she is! From stray to slay, our girl Annie has come alive! She is living the life of luxury indoors and has her fureever home with me 🌟😻🩷🙏🌟. I can't thank the staff enough for the incredible care. Shout-out to Isabella at the front desk who took a million of my frantic calls and treated me like I was the only customer of the day 🤣. Annie still has a long road of Veterinary care ahead of her - needing 6 teeth pulled due to stomatitis. But coral Springs Animal Hospital got her cleaned up and out of pain and started to heal the ulcers in her mouth. Now look, bottom line - Emergency Vets are expensive!! Be realistic when coming to an ER vet. But I at least know that you are truly getting expert care here and love for community cats. 🙏🙏😻 Thank you

As a pet sitter for over 4 years, I’ve had to use CS Animal Emergency twice and both times have been nothing short of an exceptional experience. Sure it’s more pricey than your average vet, but that’s to be expected as they have just about everything you could ever need right on site as a full service animal hospital. The staff is always helpful and polite and so are the doctors. Estimates were presented at a high quote only because they would rather your pet get all the care and tests they feel would be beneficial, but they are understanding of your finances as well. It has been a pretty simple process to adjust the estimate according to your budget and what is absolutely needed, if you just ask. And if the anything else is absolutely necessary after that, then you can get more tests or whatever else may be needed accordingly.

I used to love this place, but when you have children answering the phone, who have so social skills and no empathy, you are not going to get much. I called as we are trying to decide to put our cat down, the girl not only did not transfer the call she would not pick back up. I work with animals and would NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN! I spent a lot of money here, because I thought you cared about animals and the clients. It’s very apparent by the staff you have that was a huge mistake on my part. Now I see why you have a 3.4 on google. If you care about your pet, don’t use this place. Please don’t respond either trying to make yourself look good. The damage is done! So disgusted
