Amazing experience at Copper Basin Veterinarian Clinic! I dropped off my two girls first thing in the morning for both of them to be spayed by Dr Natalie Norby who I have used as my preferred veterinarian for the past several years. And as always she was superb in her treatment of my two "sisters" German Shepherds as well as the complete staff there that morning. The staff was caring, compassionate and loving to my Roxy and Candy as if they were their own. My shepherds aren't the easiest to maneuver as they don't like going to the doctor very much lol, they prefer to stay home. So patience was definitely needed in their case and was received to the highest level and even more than I could have ever expected. As we all know our pets are our children and mine were in the best hands imaginable I could see. I got updates on how they were doing throughout the day and a complete rundown when I went to pick them up on what was needed to be done and about their medications. So in my opinion besides it being a adorable small town and location I just felt like I was at a country doctor but the doctor I had knew her stuff and so did the techs and office staff. As a matter of fact they were so knowledgeable I didn't know who was what...they all knew everything and were wonderful. My girls have been great with no problems since they came home. Everything was just easy peasy there which I really needed. I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness they all showed me of themselves. So do yourself a favor and your fur babies by taking them in this office/clinic next time they need something because you definitely won't be sorry. I drove over an hour each way and will continue to do so, it's a beautiful drive to go see wonderful people! 💯👩🏼⚕️

Feb 03, 2025 · Anthony DeJohnOur beautiful almost 16 year old girl had a case of pancreatitis. The vet clinic we were taking her to was all about the money and costing us WELL over 1000 dollars and not really caring about us or our girl.we had tried everything to "fix" her..nothing worked. She was so sick my husband and I just sat and cried if we were doing the right thing by keeping her alive. We decided to get another opinion so we called Copper Basin Veterinary Clinic. They were so kind and sweet to me on the phone and asked us to bring her in the next morning. After a consultation with Dr.Hayes.we felt better. She not only spent time with us explaining how a lot of times it's just the gut that was causing her diarrhea and put her on a probiotic and antibiotic along with a new food. After two days our baby was up and moving around, no diarrhea and her eyes were alert and clear! Thank you Dr.Hayes for saving our sweet girl. And we do mean saving her life. We have 4 other little ones and have found the perfect place to take them all..it's a place that seems to actually care and that's hard to find these days.

Feb 18, 2025 · Justin MaplesRecently, my dog (Syd) developed a concerning lump on his shoulder. I called this clinic to make an appointment and was able to take him in the same day. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, wait times were short, and the cost of treatment was very reasonable. The examination itself was thorough and professional, and all of my concerns were addressed. Syd is doing much better now and is appreciative of the kind manner in which he was treated during his visit.
Jan 28, 2025 · Frank RuleThings have certainly improved here. Don't quite know what's changed but things seem much better organized making things run more smoothly and much less waiting time. The staff was kind and gentle with my little dog hates going anywhere in the car. I was prepared for this to possibly be my last visit but with the improvements I'll be back
