Been with them for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else. The doctors and the staff are caring, always on call, humane, kind, knowledgeable and patient with our pets and with me. I have been in other clinics due to emergencies and have not experienced the same treatment and level of care… not knocking anyone down but there is all kinds of levels out there and I am one needy pet owner. I feel at home, I feel they are family , my pets are cared for and I trust them complexly. If you are looking for a doctor, clinic that will put your beloved pets as a priority no matter how busy they are … you can count on them 15 kitties … 20 years … enough said! 👍🥰

I brought my cane corso female dog, who was in labor and was having complications, the nurses and the dr took care of her as soon as we got there , and thanks to their professionalism and knowledge, they helped to bring 7 beautiful and healthy puppies to this world

My dog had an issue with her eye. My vet of 10 years said they could squeeze us in 2 days from the call date. That was not good enough for me. We are talking about eyes for darn sake. Concierge Veterinary Hospital got me in the same day. I did not even sit in the waiting room before they got us into a room. They took the dog to give staining drops and in 5 mins the vet was in to assure me it was minor conjunctivitis and nothing was wrong with the eye or cornea. The cost was commensurate with my now “old” vet.

Lucky, my dog, saw Dr. Lopez last Friday, who is an exceptional doctor. A dear friend recommended him. Lucky absolutely loved Dr. Lopez and the staff. I appreciate the outstanding service and care we received. I'm truly grateful that & Dr. Lopez is now looking after my beloved Lucky.

Really was happy with this office upon my first visit, but when my cat had an infection relapse three weeks after my visit they refused to call in more medication without another visit because the doctor we saw wasn’t working when I called. To me this just seems like an effort to get more money rather than treat my cat when they had a full medical chart with records and imaging from just a few weeks prior. Makes me not want to return with my other pets. Their reasoning was the doctor that was working didn’t see my cat, however I really do not understand why another doctor can’t read a chart from their own practice. Unfortunately, looks like I will keep looking for a new veterinary office.
