I was incredibly worried for my dog I didn’t have the funds for a while to get my dog seen and she’s been having several health issues and checked online for affordable options I found this place saying they were more cost effective, lower rates I called they didn’t have any promos or vouchers but the front desk lady let me know about care credit card and I looked it up and easily applied and got approved! The huge exhale I got so my dog can be seen was so uplifting they loved on my doggy and helped her I’m so so grateful to this place!

Jan 30, 2025 · Janice SotoI have no words to express my gratitude towards Lee’s Hill Pet Hospital. I brought my dog from the ER with the diagnosis of an open pyometra. It’s a life-threatening condition, I was devastated. They were able to get me in the same day and perform surgery the next day. Doctor Proietti is amazing, he made feel like my dog was in the right hands, and she was! The whole staff was awesome. Prices are very reasonable too! My dog is doing great, thank you so much Lee’s Hill Pet Hospital.
Nov 16, 2024 · Sofia DjenidiThe kindest, sweetest, more amazing people work here. They took care of my kitty Snowflake after she had to have emergency dental surgery. She was in the best hands and they explained everything to me. I highly recommend this vet! Thank you so much for being so awesome!
Apr 09, 2025 · Kimberly CookI I have a toy Pomeranian, 14 years old, no prior health issues other than having a bladder stone removed. She got very sick one morning so we brought her in to be checked, they advised she has pyometra which is common is older females that have not been spade, so they advise she needs surgery but this happened right at the beginning of the month so funds were short as I pay rent like most Americans…. So they said we could keep her on antibiotics for a while until we can get the money, so two weeks goes by and her meds run out, so I call Friday morning and spoke with Oscar at the front desk who said he would reach out to the vet and call me back. I had to call back 5 hours later after not hearing back. So he tells me it’s up to me if she seems to be doing better then I don’t need to refill the meds and see how she does over the weekend….. well, she got much worse. So I called Monday morning and again got Oscar, who again said the same thing, that he would reach out to speak with the vet and call me back. Again I waited hours before calling back again! Where again I spoke with Oscar and he said he spoke with the vet and that he misinformed me on Friday because he didn’t have all the information about her condition because he never spoke with the vet at that time like he said he would. So now she’s been off meds for 4 days when I should have had them refilled that Friday! She should have never stopped taking meds at all! Tuesday comes and she is not better at all so I bring her in for her surgery and now they have to keep her two days on IV fluids and antibiotics because she got so much worse!!! I go to visit her while she is being boarded with them and when I pulled her tail out from under her it was covered in poop and she was covered in poop all under her including her private area so my entire visit I had to clean her up best I could, they did not offer any help or tools, I had to ask for wipes or something to clean her, the vet came in by mistake and I had to ask her to get me something and she brought me two wet rags! And left the room and I saw no one again for the whole time I was there. Ok, maybe she had just done it and they didn’t see it, no big deal. So I leave and she has her surgery and I come to see her Now a couples days later….. her rear end is now completely red and raw and her tail was wrapped in gauze and she is still covered in poop! I have never had this happen to her ever!!! I understand she has diarrhea from the antibiotics but they should be cleaning her! This should not happen to my baby while in a vets care! They didn’t even wash the poop from her tail hair they just wrapped it up in gauze! Like it would go away! I am so very mad with all these things that happened. It’s sad because the vets I think are great and everyone is friendly. But that doesn’t care for my dog and when I’m paying 3k+ for service this should not happen! You should have all the information before making comments about meds and they should be cleaning the dogs rear when they poop! It’s very simple. After all this I will be looking for a new vet for sure, not to mention the cost issue as well, I was told so many different things regarding the charge for preop blood work and that I was getting that refunded only to be told days later that they won’t refund it now. Even though I was told I already paid it and would be getting a refund because they charged me for it again separately by Courtney, another front desk person told me she was wrong but no one called me to explain they just waited for me to be surprised that the refund wasn’t there! I also had a visit scheduled on the day they are closed Sunday, vet said he would be there so I could come see her but had left before I got there ( I was also late but tried calling as I had car issues but no one answered the phone) he could have called me to see where I was before leaving as I didn’t have his personal number to call and advise of my issue so I was left outside the office where I waited for 20 mins for someone. As of 11/20 she has passed away, 2 days after being home!
Dec 15, 2024 · Katie AyersToday, we had to say goodbye to the best friend my husband and I could have ever asked for. We were at a loss where to take our girl and Lee’s Hill was the closest and was open the earliest. We are not current patients there and didn’t have an appointment. It didn’t matter. From the moment I walked in the door, a complete mess, to the time we left, we were treated with kindness, compassion, and provided everything we needed and asked for. Dr. Proietti was amazing! He answered all of our questions with thought and patience. He allowed us time to discuss on our own and never once made us feel like we were a burden or clogging an exam room. We can’t thank Dr. Proietti and the staff working today enough.
