This place was a referral to me over a year ago. Then they were down to only one vet and well I didn't have the best impression of him but was referred to him which I thought maybe because he was stressed of being the only vet left in the practice at that time. The rooms don't seem to be cleaned each time before each pet arrives, which makes me nervous to have my pet walking in other pet hair every time I visit. I wouldn't complain about that if I didn't leave my yearly annual with shots and wellness check paying $500, and I'm not able to use carecredit in this kind of economy? This is just heartbreaking. I even asked if I paid cash if I could get a discount and they didn't offer that. Then they mentioned there would be a 3% percent fee on top of my already huge bill if I used a credit card. I'm just so disappointed with how much money gouging has happened since prices have rose and for my beloved pet who is just as expensive as a child these days and I don't get aid from the government for them. I will have to now drive almost an hour to Illinois spay to save myself at least $300 in order for my dog to have her annual check shots and heartworm meds.. I was just shocked at this price, and well, I know i can find the same elsewhere and cheaper because it's funded by the government. I just have to drive further. Just this visit really put me in a bind and for that price i would have expected the room to at least be cleaned for my pet.

Jan 10, 2025 · RoseMade a appointment for our new pups. Seemed to be a caring staff. Three months now and have learned how caring the staff is. It is so family run . All the vets are very informant to all your questions. The fees are very fair . My boys are 7 months now and they love Dr Alex.
Feb 15, 2023 · Mitch GThey are the best around and believe me I have tried other vets before Colonial, and I will never trust any other animal hospital to take care of my 3 babies.
Jan 08, 2025 · Joshua FilippinGreat staff, always professional and knowledgeable. Docs are great along with the techs. Front of the house staff always really nice. Been going here for years. Highly recommend!
Nov 23, 2024 · Pamela BenderWe have been using colonial manor animal hospital for many years and have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Dave is hands down the best. You can be confident with CMAH
Jan 23, 2025 · TurboBuRickAs a healthcare professional, for humans, please do not go to this hospital. They do not have adequate diagnostics or staff. My poor cat had a bowel obstruction that was not caught by this facility. The next day we were in emergency surgery because I sought a second opinion. When I questioned the doctor if there was anything left to do, finding it odd that no scans were performed, I was told I could go somewhere else. Please, if you need help, the Premier Vet Group in Orland has the equipment, staff and expertise. They saved my animals life.
Mar 18, 2025 · Patrick CooperGreat group of people to work with. I trust them with my animals and will bring them back in the future. I have no problem referring family and friends to them.
