I have used Colonial Animal Hospital since the 1970s. I have not had a pet for some time and just recently connected with them for the care of a sick, stray cat. I am pleased with Dr. Vaughn and Shelby. Thank you for helping us on our first visit.

Dr Noi is absolutely terrific! She took her time explaining things, unfortunately for her, I needed them explained multiple times. Dr. Noi gave me options, keeping in mind the financial aspect of my situation. She was compassionate and reassuring which is what I needed! I would recommend her to every pet protector I know!!

My experience over the last year has been wonderful. My senior pup is not without her troubles and Dr. Fennell is quick to offer different strategies to help. Most of all and most important, she listens.

We've been loyal CAH clients since we adopted Loki in 2013. When Toothless joined the family in 2020, he joined the practice. If Sweet Pea wasn't a rabbit, he'd see CAH doctors, too. The veterinarians are better than most people doctors I've met when it comes to bedside manner, asking and answering questions, and explaining what is (and sometimes isn't) happening with my pets. And let's not forget the rock star med techs and staff. They are all top shelf when it comes to being knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helpful.

This is a very nice facility. It is very clean and the staff are really respectful and understanding. They are old fashioned with their service and I just wanted to let them know it doesn’t go unnoticed. They are always really caring and gentle with Elliott and when he goes to the back there is no doubt in my mind that they are taking care of him properly. I have never heard him cry or be upset in the back and he loves the techs here! Even the relief vets they get are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bill that I thought was out of control and they are transparent with the prices.
