Collingswood Animal Hospital

Dr. Villarreal is amazing. He truly cares about your pet and makes sure to only do what's necessary for you and your pet. I have had all great experiences at Collingwood Animal Hospital and I would recommend them every time. My only customer suggestion would be to bring on an additional veterinarian because they are usually always fully booked. This would allow them to see more furry family members. They have a great thing going, they could just use additional rockstar vet in addition to their team!

This was our go to vet for my rabbit. My rabbit was nurtured here and we usually saw a female vet and she was great with him, I do not remember her name. Not until my very last visit. I do not recall he's name but the vet was very unprofessional. He made me carry my own rabbit while he was checking him when this has never happened before, they usually have an assistant carry him to do he’s checking. Was very rough with my rabbit, even though they never have issues before. He suggested we might have to sedate him because he was to nervous and I am not a professional who knows how to hold my rabbit while being checked by a vet. Had to remind the vet to check everything. I explained my issues of my rabbit developing a ball on he’s chin. The vet was rude, said he would run a fecal test which was so quick and that it is nothing. Was charged an insane amount for a vet visit that lasted I believe 10 minutes, 3 minutes of waiting. My rabbit still has problems to do this day and it has gotten worse. The vet also cleaned my rabbits under area and did nothing to help the problem he is having. Called to schedule another appointment and the front lady said they do not do exotic animals anymore with no reasoning, even though the veterinarians that took care of them, still work there. I wonder why ... Had a great experience in my first years with my rabbit and the last visit changed it all, the place itself seems as it has changed a lot in a bad way.

I absolutely love this Vet place. The staff are friendly and always helpful. They seem to always be busy which means they’re good at their job. The Vet and her techs are always so nice, compassionate, and listen to you. This is extremely important to me so I love this about them!!! They also are willing to work with you and when you have a difficult kitty(he becomes fractious lately w the Vet, not sure why) like I do this is important. Sometimes it takes a while to be called back but I would say that’s the only negative side. I trust them with my fur babies and am happy I made the right choice by choosing them.

The doctors and techs are so wonderful. They took such great care of my fur babies. I love them . Dr.cole is amazing.

By far the best I’ve been going to them for two years now almost with Ammo and the doctor there goes out of his way to help. I am very grateful for Collinswood veterinary. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you very much for everything. It’s much appreciated Amazing staff, and the best veterinarian doctor around hands-down 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
