After two years I feel I should write my honest review printing pictures of them for Christmas reminds me how unfairly we were treated no remorse no anything. They called letting me know my girl was healthy and in good condition. Unfortunately a few hours later they call saying she was un responsive to all attempts trying to wake her after surgery. Why call and say she’s doing good when she hasn’t woke up from surgery? I would never bring any animal here for help ever again.

Information regarding the specific environment of Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch is limited in the provided text. While details about the clinic's ambiance, layout, and specific facilities are not mentioned, the contrasting customer experiences offer some indirect insights into the operational aspects. One review mentions a seemingly positive initial communication about a pet being "healthy and in good condition" after surgery, which suggests a standard protocol for post-operative updates. However, the subsequent rapid deterioration and passing of the pet raise concerns about the monitoring and care provided during the recovery phase. Another review highlights a positive interaction with Dr. Carder, praising her for sharing treatment options and following up on the pet's progress, indicating a caring and attentive professional within the practice. Without more comprehensive information, it is difficult to fully characterize the clinic's environment, but the available feedback suggests a potential disparity in the consistency and quality of care provided.
As a pet hospital, Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch likely offers a range of veterinary services to address the health needs of pets in the Spring, TX area. These services typically include routine wellness examinations and vaccinations, which are essential for preventative care and maintaining your pet's long-term health. Regular check-ups allow the veterinary team to monitor your pet's overall condition, administer necessary immunizations, and provide guidance on nutrition and parasite prevention, such as flea, tick, and heartworm control. Diagnostic services are also a crucial component of a pet hospital, and Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch is expected to be equipped to perform various diagnostic procedures. This may include in-house laboratory testing, such as blood work, urinalysis, and fecal examinations, as well as imaging technologies like X-rays to aid in the diagnosis of internal medical conditions and injuries.
For pets requiring medical intervention, Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch would offer medical treatments for a variety of illnesses and conditions. The experienced veterinarians are skilled in diagnosing and managing both common and complex medical issues affecting different animal species. Surgical services are also a vital aspect of a full-service pet hospital. One of the provided reviews mentions a pet undergoing surgery, indicating that surgical procedures are performed at this facility. It is reasonable to infer that they offer a range of surgical options, including routine procedures like spaying and neutering, as well as other necessary surgical interventions. Furthermore, recognizing the importance of oral health, the clinic likely provides dental care services, including professional dental cleanings, examinations, and treatments to help maintain your pet's oral hygiene and prevent related health problems.
The provided reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the services at Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch. One reviewer expresses extreme dissatisfaction and grief over the loss of their pet shortly after a surgery performed at the clinic. This review raises serious concerns about the post-operative care, communication practices (specifically the initial positive report followed by the sudden death announcement), and the overall handling of the situation. The reviewer explicitly states they would never bring an animal there again, highlighting a deeply negative experience.
In contrast, another reviewer offers high praise for Dr. Carder, specifically mentioning her thoroughness in explaining treatment options and her follow-up to check on the pet's progress. This positive feedback indicates that there are skilled and caring professionals within the practice who prioritize communication and patient well-being. The stark difference between these two experiences suggests potential inconsistencies in the quality of care or communication depending on the specific situation or personnel involved.
As a pet hospital, Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch would undoubtedly have the capability to dispense necessary medications and preventative products for their patients. This in-house dispensing service allows pet owners to conveniently obtain prescribed medications and treatments directly from the clinic, ensuring timely access to the care their pets need. This likely includes a range of prescription drugs, as well as preventative medications for fleas, ticks, and heartworms, and potentially specialized medications for managing specific health conditions. The veterinary staff, particularly those like Dr. Carder as mentioned in the positive review, would likely provide guidance on the proper administration and potential side effects of these medications.
Positioned as "Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch" within the platform category "Pet Hospital," this veterinary care provider offers a range of medical services for animals. However, the drastically different customer experiences present a complex picture for potential local users. While the positive feedback regarding Dr. Carder suggests competent and caring veterinary professionals are part of the team, the deeply concerning negative review regarding a post-surgical death and questionable communication cannot be ignored. Local users should carefully consider both positive and negative feedback when evaluating whether this clinic meets their needs and the specific health requirements of their pets.
Currently, specific promotional information or special offers for Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch are not detailed in the provided text. Given the mixed reviews, potential clients may want to focus on understanding the clinic's protocols for specific procedures, particularly surgical aftercare and communication with pet owners, rather than seeking promotional discounts. Asking detailed questions about the team's experience, monitoring procedures, and emergency protocols might be more beneficial in making an informed decision.
In conclusion, Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch in Spring, TX, presents a mixed picture based on the available customer reviews. While there is positive feedback highlighting the care and communication of at least one veterinarian, Dr. Carder, there is also a deeply concerning account of a pet's death following surgery and questionable communication from the clinic. Local users considering this pet hospital should carefully weigh these contrasting experiences and perhaps seek additional information or testimonials to make an informed decision about their pet's care. The presence of both positive and negative feedback underscores the importance of thorough research when choosing a veterinary provider.
