Outstanding place with very good staff and very well highly educated Doctors. We had a great experience on a late holiday afternoon . Staff were friendly and my dog was the top priority not just for me but all the team took great care of my dog. Highly recommended Veterinary Hospital. They also offer boarding for overnight care.

I'm not sure what changed since we started going there but after my last visit I was unsure if we would go back. The vet is not the same one we started with and the communication/follow up from staff is lacking for sure! This vet reccomended we change my cats food and said she'd send over some reccomendations since my cat didn't like the first brand we tried. I never got the information she mentioned she'd send so I called a week later and left a message, still nothing. It's been probably 6 months now? All I ever got were emails, texts and calls about taking her back in for follow-up. I finally responded about a month ago and said I was considering going elsewhere due to this lack of follow up here. Fast forward to this week and I realize I need to get on with finding another vet but do not have enough information on her last visit or any of my cats records. I called over 2 days ago to inquire exactly what she is due for. First they can't find her info. When she finally does she reads aloud from the chart and reminds me i said I was going elsewhere. Um, ok what's your point? I literally just want information and pricing to decide if it was just easier to keep her there out of convenience and location. Bad idea on my part, maybe? She told me we would need to do all labs again and basically start over. I asked for pricing and I was told I'd get a follow up email with all the information (I'll get right on it, she said) it's now days later and guess what? NOTHING. Not a peep! Save your time!

Very sweet and comforting vet tech Kendall for my Cleo who has high anxiety. She was quiet the entire visit. Front desk asked for my cats other vet I took her to but never even tried to get her medical records. The girl at the front with long blonde hair was rude when I asked her how to do referral since my friend referred me. They did send off urine test but vet told me cats don’t usually get UTI’s so after reading other reviews I pray the urinalysis is accurate. Her urine smells weird and she’s not going much at all. I asked about shots needed but nobody looked up Cleo’s records so the $237 I paid was for exam and urinalysis but did not include meds & don’t know if she will need shots. Front desk staff needs help with CS. Will send update after I get test results.

The vet and the vet assistant were both super sweet. The lady at the front desk was very rude. They also charged me an extra $40 that they did not discuss on the treatment plan for something I didn’t ask for. If they would’ve been upfront and told me it was 40 extra dollars to do a urinalysis for some type of ultrasound I would not have ordered it. They refuse to take it off my bill which made my bill over $300 for a regular check up for my cat.

The entire team deserves recognition. The front desk team were warm and welcoming when I arrived with my family new addition. The doctor and her team were so helpful and gave great service. The service I received on Friday, December 22 with the appointment time at 2 pm was excellent. Thanks, Dixon Family
