From the minute you walk in door you can tell each person cares about your pet. It's a great feeling to have!! My pets have been clients there for 8 years. We've been through, good visits and sad visits and i walk out there each time knowing they did their best for me and my fur babies! I’ve been taking my pets here for years. Front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful (looking at you Evelyn). Even though on average we are only here yearly for annual check ups, the staff and vets make it clear they know the health history of my pets and never act like they don’t know us( I call every 3 months for medication refills sent out of town). As my dog ages, they are so helpful with the needs of my older dog and give great advice, never seem like too many questions are a nuisance. I’m so grateful for this place. I moved out of town five years ago and still drive 1 hour to bring my pet here because they’ve always been so great. Five years ago they also assisted with one of my dogs who had terminal cancer, the compassion they showed to me and my family as we had to make tough decisions was above and beyond. I can’t speak highly enough of this clinic. P.S. the renovations are looking great!

I took my 5 year old cat in to be seen as she was having a hard time walking and keeping her balance. She would not eat or drink. She was evaluated by who I thought was a vet tech and by the vet. She was hydrated under her skin and had her blood drawn. The vet gave sold me some pain pills and said he thought she may have been clipped by a car. We were there about an hour and sent home with my cat, Ruby. Ruby got worse within the next 24 hours so I called the vets office and talked to the vet tech who examined her in another room when I initially took her to the vets. I was shocked as I never spoke or saw a female vet tech while we were there. The vet tech said Ruby’s condition was worse than what I was told. Ruby died 2 days after her vet visit. I am not sure why the vet didn’t put her on a saline drop or keep her overnight. The blood test he did didn’t show anything abnormal in her blood. Obviously Ruby was more ill than she was treated for. I will never take any of my animals to this office again. I can only think that the positive reviews on this veterinarians office are from routine shots or other non serious situations that people take their animals in for.
