I appreciate the care and attention that Bailey received from beginning to end. I was well informed about the process prior to our appointment and post our discharge. I also appreciated the follow up call to check in with Bailey. We have been with Cleveland Park for 25+ years and we will continue to have them care for our pets.

Dr. Garrelts is a gifted vet, and her incredible "pupside manner" is a bonus. The entire staff at CPAH is friendly, competent, and caring. I have trusted them with my boys and to provide positive experiences for the whole family.

I brought my dog here since he was six months old until five years. Almost every time I saw a different vet. He had chronic ear infections which it now turns out were allergies, and that was never addressed with me. He is a reactive dog so he gets very nervous at the vet. I muzzled him every time, and with the exception of one experience every vet did not take the proper time with him. The last time I left, the vet had just approached him when he had been barking and was clearly distraught. I then immediately started to call other vets because I knew there could be better places that handled reactive and anxious dogs. For the price that everything was, I was extremely disappointed with how my dog and his care were handled.

I love Dr. G and her staff. My pup is very timid and will nip at you. He had dental surgery and they let me stay with him till they gave him his sedation. After words they called gave update and let me pick him up early. I truly appreciate them!!!!!!

My Roscoe (ESA) passed at home on 1/6/25. My husband and I ,distraught, called around to see who had availability to cremate him. This group was recommended, by family. My husband called gave information they requested but I was also on the phone and decided to keep him close to home (Wellford). Yesterday 1/31/25 we received an invoice in the mail dated 1/21/25 for $330.01 for the cremation of our beloved Roscoe. 🙄 the first time I called they had no record of this “cremation” - the second time it was pulled up and we were asked, ”Did you not come in the office at all?” As we are still grieving the loss of our 13 year old Roscoe, this caught us by surprise. I asked if they’d like a copy of the cremation certificate we received elsewhere. The woman stated no that it was not necessary- I pray we are the only ones to have had this happen. But it pains me to think that they could still have someone’s baby waiting to be picked up from such a minor hiccup. I give two stars because the lady assured me she would get this removed- however we put a part of our family is their hands and I hate to think this is acceptable at this stage in the clinic setting.

Every vet tech and veterinarian I've seen has been very friendly, informative, and compassionate towards my fur babies. Scheduling appointments is very easy, either online or phone call, and they can always get me in quickly.
