We recently moved to Pinson and needed an emergency visit due to our dog ripping his stitches open. Our dog had surgery from another vet but they didn't do a good job stitching him up. They got us in and our dog stitched up quickly with follow up meds and care instructions. They have an App to schedule appointments and we brought our cat in today to have her paw checked and get updated shots. The vets and staff are very friendly and the building is very clean. We will be sticking with this vet as long as we live in the area. I highly recommend them.

Jan 20, 2025 · William LankfordThey are the most wonderful and caring vet office we have ever used. We absolutely love Dr. Hart. We have 12 dogs and wouldn't trust their care to any other practice. They go above and beyond for my collection of critters.
Jun 05, 2024 · sandra abelMy dobermans seemed happy after spending 2 days with the folks at CCAC. Using their boarding facility for a much longer stay in a few months
Oct 06, 2024 · Constance BarberThey are always so kind and professional and appreciate how they treat our dog. I highly recommend their services, both boarding and care.
Feb 17, 2025 · S PowellOur dog has really struggled with anxiety especially with storms and loud noises. He can be very destructive (all of these pictures are from the past two months and this is just some of it). We followed every recommendation to try and help him (thunder shirt, crate etc). I had many conversations with the other vet and eventually she prescribed a daily anxiety medication for our dog. We finally had a break from the destruction and I felt hopeful we might get to keep our dog. However, when my husband went to pick up a refill of the prescription, Dr. Hart told us he would no longer give our dog the medicine that had been working and instead wanted to put him on a different medication we were supposed to give before storms. I actually went to the clinic to try and explain the situation and was met with zero compassion and he refused to listen to my concerns and insisted we could just keep an eye on the weather. Here we are one week later when my dog destroyed our brand new patio set because our neighbors were shooting guns while we were on an errand (it was beautiful weather). Even worse, the vets refused to return my calls and basically told me they wouldn't be seeing my dog anymore when I finally reached them (we did nothing wrong and followed every recommendation). We went to a new vet today and it was a night and day difference. The other vet took her time and explained lots of different treatment options as well as giving me behavior advice to help train our dog (Dr. Hart only wanted to try one medicine and never mentioned anything that could be given daily). I don't think he's up to date on the latest treatments for dog anxiety and his communication was unprofessional so I could never recommend this clinic.
