I had a nice experience taking my dog here. Getting an appointment as a new client was easy. There was no wait when I arrived for my appointment, the facility is clean and the staff is really nice. I liked that they told me the exam fee before my appointment and reviewed the cost estimate for all the services so I could choose. After my appointment they emailed me a summary of the visit, a receipt, and a proof of vaccination. Convenient and straightforward. I will definitely be planning to bring my other dog here.

I had to search for a vet that would see turtles. I found CityVet! The staff was amazing from the time I called to see if they saw turtles til the time I left. The staff was very nice, caring, and kind. They were helpful and attentive to my turtle’s needs. The diagnosis was not expected but I felt confident that he was in good care. I don’t want to have to visit again, but if I have too, I will be a happy customer returning.

Awesome first puppy visit with my 12 week old puppy. The facility was super clean and didn’t have the usual pee smell that a lot of vet offices have. My puppy wasn’t stressed out at all. I love the big windows in the exam rooms too - makes it feel more open!

What an incredible experience! My pup, Chico, has never had such an amazingly happy welcome and so much love during a visit. He was so comfortable and lots of tail wags. He actually did not want to leave. So happy that City Vet opened near us so that we can walk there. Dr. Fish and team are so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were very thorough with explaining the needs for him and next steps. I appreciate how attentive they are and genuinely interested in his health. Already told friends and neighbors to go to City Vet!

I brought my sweet Sophie girl in for a second opinion for some over grooming / skin irritation and just cannot tell you how amazing Dr. Romano was. He was very kind and patient with all of my questioning, and he was very thorough in explaining all of the possible causes and treatments. He didn’t jump to medicate for anxiety (like my other vet had) but suggested we start with a strict hydrolyzed protein diet to see if there could be any food allergies. We have a follow up in a few months after the diet, and he shared the next possible steps we can take depending on the results. He was so kind and supportive, and didn’t make me feel crazy for asking so many questions. The front desk staff were also so helpful and kind. They gave me a few catnip toys and I purchased a pet odor eliminator candle as well (the sandalwood is amazing!!!) 🥰 So glad to have a wonderful vet just a few blocks away from home.
