CityVet has been absolutely amazing! Finding a vet who truly listens to our concerns, answers all of our questions, is patient and kind, and, most importantly, provides the best care for our sweet boys is so important to us. CityVet Kallison Ranch does all of that and more! The front desk staff is always so welcoming and kind, greeting our pups with love every time we walk in—especially Regina! She knows our boys by name and always takes the time to say hi to them, which means the world to us. The vet techs are incredibly sweet and detailed when explaining what the doctor will be examining. Our vet, Dr. Naranjo, has been absolutely wonderful. She is always thorough, attentive, and takes the time to answer all of our questions. It’s clear that she and the entire team genuinely care about our pets’ well-being. Our pups are our world, and it brings us so much comfort knowing they are in the hands of a vet team that truly wants the best for them. Lastly, the grooming services here are just as fantastic! Alyssa is the best groomer we’ve ever had, she adores our boys, and they absolutely love her in return! Overall, CityVet Kallison Ranch has gone above and beyond for our pets, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their care. Highly recommend!

Dr Gaines an his staff are so great! They show compassion an concern for all pets. He has been our Vet for 16 years an we love our Shih Tzu’s Noe, Lea (RIP) Jaxx, Tiny, Oreo (RIP) an our newest member of the bunch Solene our gatito💕 Dr Gaines earned our trust when he saved Lea from parvo many years ago she lived 16 years because of Dr Gaines we cherish all our memories for sure! Without Dr Gaines we wouldn’t have our wonderful memories with our pets that we love so much. His staff is super sweet an professional. If you haven’t been to this clinic I advise you to definitely try Dr Gaines an his staff for your pets sake. I kno my pets enjoy them an that makes us happy🐶🐶🐶🐶😸

All of the ladies are super nice 😊 and the doctor is very knowledgeable. This is our second pregnancy (two different females) and they have guided us very well throughout each.

Ehh …. I live around the corner and had my puppy with me while runners my errands and he needed his 3 round of shots. Since they were close I wanted to check them out. Stopped in and asked if they were available for some shots, and I got told everyone was on lunch and only do appointments. Got the impression I was bothering them. Happy I stopped by to see what their service was like.

Always a great experience at CityVet Kallison Ranch! I’ve been living in SA for almost 2 years and have only brought my Frenchie and American Bully here. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, the facility is always clean and up to par! I never feel pressured to add any additional unnecessary things other than what we’re specifically in for. I highly recommend Dr.Gaines and this location!!
