CityVet | Cibolo Crossing

I usually don't write reviews, but this time I wanna share my great experience at this place. Last year my dog Aria was having really bad skin allergies and I was very worried, but Dr. Fritz was very helpfull. He prescribed a whole treatment for her taking me and Aria very seriously which is something I appreciate so much. Aria got so much better and she hasn't had allergies ever since. The tech assistants, Dr. Fritz and the rest of the staff are always very kind and treat Aria so well. Thank you so much for all the love and passion you deliver.

Took my daughter's dog there, I don't think this poor dog has ever been to the vet. The staff and Dr Fitz were extremely patient knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices were not super crazy and through the roof. The whole visit was under $250. The part of the visit that impressed me the most was the fact that the dog didn't have any vaccinations,the office highly recommended that I get her updated on her vaccines, when I told them that I would be taking her to a mobile clinic over the weekend they were perfectly okay with that and they did not try to push their services on to me. I highly recommend this place 100% to any and all who have fur babies.

We struggled to find a new vet clinic after our Dr retired. We ended up at a CityVet Emergency location while trying to save a rescue cat that had been attacked by coyotes. They directed us to follow care with the CityVet near us. So happy they did! Any other vet would have amputated the leg. Dr Fritz listened to us and devised a care plan that enabled us to help our cat keep the leg. Now, other than the scar, you would never know this kitty was 100% feral just 5 months ago with a back leg barely attached. Needless to say, kitty is no longer a homeless stray ... he's family. I was referred to cibolo city vet by another veterinarian when I couldn’t get my kitten in fast enough. I was a little worried that the cost would be high because it is a chain vet. They were amazing to my sick baby and did everything they could to help my little Leo. They were upfront about all of their prices before they did anything and they were very reasonable. The vet called me personally a few days later to check up on Leo. They did everything they could to figure out what was wrong with my baby. We got it figured out and they got him on the right meds and now he is doing amazing! I will be making them my new permanent vet!! Thank you City Vet❤️❤️🐈‍⬛

I had a great experience yesterday. They got me in right away when my cat was not feeling well. The young tech, I wish I could remember her name, was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns so well! Dr. Brett was also very helpful. I appreciated the price transparency. They told me what everything would cost before doing anything. Sunflower & I will be back!
