I had such a great experience!! I brought my dog in for an exam on 12/9/24. My dog and I were greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Christin. Check in was super easy and we were promptly put in a room. About a minute or two after being in the room, Dillon came in to address my reason for today’s visit and collect any records I had from previous vet visits. He was very personable and answered any questions I had. He had peanut butter for my dog and they quickly became friends. He told me that the Dr would be in the room shortly and offered to get me a soda or water while I waited! I had a few concerns for my pet. Dr Reilly came in and introduced herself to me and my dog. She wanted what was most comfortable for my dog so she got on the floor with him and did the entire exam! I felt that Dr. Reilly really understood my concerns. She created a treatment plan and explained why this is the best option and provided me with the cost. I felt this cost was very reasonable for what was recommended. The practice manager Rebecca even came in and introduced herself! I will be bringing my dog into this clinic from now on. 10/10 recommend!!!!

They were amazing . They made sure to cover all there bases. Made sure to cover and look into everything going on. They were also so kind and sweet. Very calming environment. Also loved the back round singing at the front desk haha. Have another appointment with them, they are being very thorough witch I love,because my dog is FAMILY!

The interior is modern, calming, and cozy. We went to say goodbye to our 20 year old fur baby. We appreciated the atmosphere being so homey. Our little one wasn't even scared or shaking. It wasn't cold or impersonal like the ER we had been to the day before. The front desk staff & tech were sooo kind. They made the process very easy. We were able to pay beforehand so that we could just leave right after the euthanasia. Dr. Trifonova was very compassionate & professional. She allowed us time to process what we were hearing and ask all the questions we had. You could literally feel the love in the room. I saw my fur baby held in such a kind, dignified manner; made it bearable to leave. My partner said we were blessed to have her. We appreciate everyone at CityVet.

We brought our newest family member, our miniature schnauzer Izzy, to CityVet, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Jennifer Reilly was amazing—she took the time to answer all our questions and gave us great insights for Izzy’s training. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. The techs were just as wonderful, making sure we felt informed and supported throughout the visit. We truly believe we made the right choice for Izzy’s care, and we’re looking forward to having CityVet as our go-to for her health and happiness!

This is the most amazing place ever. They care for my dog and they are super professional and knowledgeable about the breed. They fully explained everything and their prices are very reasonable. I will never go to another place.
