Our family welcomed a new puppy into our lives for the first time after owning a cat for 16 years. Having a puppy is a new experience for us and Chicago Drive Veterinary Clinic was absolutely WONDERFUL! We couldn't have asked for a better 1st Puppy visit/exam than what we received here. The staff was just as head over heels in love with our newest family member as we are and made both our puppy & us feel so welcome and part of a big family. They are so great with educating, how they treat your animal, how they treat their customers, and go above and beyond in every way they can. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. You can feel fully confident bringing your little loved one into Chicago Drive Veterinary Clinic for care. They did an amazing job and our lil Pup absolutely adored them and had a blast while there!

Dr. Coll and her assistant were very calm and knowledgeable. We are pleased with their care for our new dog and explaining all the different topics of caring for her, even the grooming. Their advice wasn’t just focused on this puppy stage, but for looking to the future, living with a well mannered dog because of how we raise her now. Thank you!

Our first experience was fantastic! If you have a dog that struggles with vet anxiety, I highly recommend this place! It was very well organized, and they were very clear on appointment details and pricing. Dr. Coll was fantastic, and our Technician Fang was wonderfully thorough and patient with our boy, she is SO kind and professional. They truly made a dreaded appointment into a great experience for me and my dog, so grateful!

I had a wonderful experience! I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff and vet were so friendly and caring to my concerns with my cat. They spent plenty of time with me as we discussed my concerns and we came up with a plan together, which was nice to have my opinions and overall ability and time considered. They followed up closely to ensure everything was going well and my cat was healing appropriately. Highly recommend!

My dog actually likes coming here. She enjoys the physicians and rest of staff. Always excited to see Anna for grooming (that is a first). They are very knowledgeable and all treat her with love.
