Chewy Vet Care Perimeter

This location goes above and beyond- I’m sad that I didn’t get the two front receptionists names but the two girls are the front were super welcoming and kind! I originally scheduled an appointment scheduled for the following week online but someone called asking if I’d like to come in next day instead which I really appreciated! I met with Dr Rogers as well as two other technicians (Michael and another lovely lady), who thoroughly took time in explaining steps to take to help my dog in one, feeling better as well as next steps- surgery. While I was in the room with them, I loved how personable everyone was, how empathetic and safe that not only I felt, but I’m sure my dog as well. What really warmed my heart too, was seeing Dr Roger sit on the floor with my dog- it’s the small actions like this that make me really happy. Even though I’m really nervous for his surgery tomorrow, the clinic and generally everyone here truly go above and beyond. With that being said, I feel super relieved I found this location while on my break and I’m extremely thankful to everyone here.

This place is amazing. We needed an emergency appointment and we were seen first thing the next morning. Dr Rogers is amazing, Vanessa and the other techs and staff are so loving towards my Drizzy. He LOVES going to the vet, we ended up joining and we have had 4 amazing visits.

I took my dog to this Chewy Vet care today and it was absolutely AMAZING! I have never experienced this kind of compassion at a vet! Not only that, before I took him to the vet I did the free online chat the night before- they were caring, alert & you could tell they genuinely were there to help. Then I called in the morning to see if I could possibly get an earlier appointment if there were any cancellations and even that conversation was a thrill! Then getting to the actual location! Welcomed the second I walked in with a smile and just love. Beautiful and clean space. I wish I could give this place a 100/100 !!!!

** I had to add these photos. We got these in the mail and they are just too adorable!! We just started using this vet after a bad experience at our last one (or multi bad experiences). I cannot say enough nice things. The vets, techs, and everyone are nice and treat our cats wonderfully. They actually have cat rooms. Our anxious angel did extremely well with them and even relaxed enough to curl up in the mini cat tree and purr. Have now taken 4 of our 6 cats and will bring the last 2 in.

I didn’t know locations like this even existed. I just relocated and Im new to the area and my dog’s allergies started to flared up. After ordering through the website and my vet declined my order I started to freaking out but one google search showed me this location nearby and just like that all my worries went out the window. Fabulous location, wonderful staff, affordable prices and memberships. I have a pitbulls and hes not aggressive but he tends to act up in these scenarios cuz it looks like he doesnt like vets. Despite all this none of the staff gave me weird looks or made it seem like they were afraid. To the contrary they made us feel so welcomed. I REALLY REALLY loved this place. 💯💯💯
