Tried to schedule an appointment for my cat so I could get a refill on my cats insulin prescription because I only had a two-day Supply left. Since they only have a doctor in once a week I was going to have to wait till next week which is unacceptable and I asked if they could forego the examination until the next time which the doctor agreed to the last time because I'm unemployed. Then the office manager wanted to try to chastise me saying I knew I was going to have to have an examination the last time I got it in it was my tough luck then she hung up on me two different times and told me to never bring my pets back there. Extremely rude in unempathetic. Now I'm facing the prospect of my fur buddy dying because I can't get insulin I couldn't afford to pay for the examination because I'm unemployed but now I can't get him in to get his prescription filled without paying for that with another vet. It seems they are all working together to extort you in order to get services
