When I heard about CHAI I was confident that a Veterinarian who approaches animal well-being "Holistically" would certainly cost an arm and a leg. I was amazed to find that we routinely spend less to have our pups checked and cared for than we did previously at a traditional vet. The team at CHAI is clearly passionate about their jobs, and they treat our two dogs like celebrities. My oldest (Buddy, who is 12) has been showing signs of decline, and the doctors there have given us specifically catered advice on how to give him his best years in his final season of life, and the turnaround has been remarkable to witness. He is now acting like himself again. We are BIG fans of CHAI and recommend them to all of our friends with animals.

Midnight had a really great experience here. The room was nice, clean, and very calm. The staff was very kind and welcoming to me and my pup. He wasn’t as nervous as he usually is when he goes to the vet. They know their stuff, too, about dog nutrition!!! Definitely recommend.

Dr. Smith treated our precious English Yellow Labrador retriever, Maia, for her kidney issues. Maia was 9 when we brought her to CHAI. Oh, how much we wish we met Dr. Smith when Maia was younger… Maia got really sick and we brought her to CHAI for her last visit, 2 weeks ago. The room where we said a final good bye to Maia was specially decorated for such an occasion. The two precious, compassionate, kind and caring young ladies made Maia and us feel loved and understood. We cried a lot and they gave us plenty of last moments with Maia, frequently checking on us. Dr. Smith took her time to comfort us and was compassionate and caring. We cried and Dr. Smith cried with us. We were really touched and we will never forget how special they made us feel in one of the most vulnerable and devastating time in our lives. Today, we received a hand written card from CHAI written by multiple members, with beautiful personal messages about Maia. We cried again as we read their wishes for us. We are not sure when/ if we will get another puppy/dog, but we know who is going to take care of him/her, Dr. Smith and the staff at CHAI! Thank you, again, Dr.Smith and the whole staff at CHAI!

We just started going here and we are already blown away. They are so sweet, knowledgeable, patient, & really seem to care. They offer more than the normal vet and that means a lot to us.

Dr Smith and staff are so knowledgable, smart, and resourceful with the heart of a teacher, educated me on how to help my old, suffering dog. He is a new dog after just a month of a new diet that he loves, and supplements and a couple short-term medications. So happy to have found this place!!
