Chattaneuter

I have used Chattaneuter twice so far and both times have been great. Drop off is easy! Pick up is a breeze also! They call you and communicate after your pet is out of surgery to let you know how things went, they recommended different medicines they think your pet needs to go home with to feel more relaxed and recover better. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Thank you so much for taking care of our Lucy. We rescued her from a shelter in Nashville. We found out after surgery she was pregnant and had pryometra. It was a shock to us and we were so worried about her recovery. They took care of her and and did what was needed to make sure she got healthy. She is thriving and doing so good. I love how they were all so kind and also took such great care of Lucy. She is a tiny girl (12 pounds). We highly recommend

Axl says “No stars. I was told I was going to day camp. I expected finger painting, making friends, games, maybe story time… instead I was drugged and woke up with my balls shaved and a tattoo. Plus they thought I was a baby wookie. Now Mom is making me wear this stupid donut. All I can say is, whatever you do, don’t fall asleep!” Axl’s Mom says “10 stars! Finally a peaceful day with out a maniac puppy driving me nuts!” All jokes aside, these people are great and provide a much needed service to our community. They clearly love the animals and treat them with so much compassion. I always recommend them and I will never go anywhere else.

Adopted a puppy from Troopers Treasures. Neuter was scheduled with Chattaneuter at time of adoption. They have a nice setup with a sign in sheet when you arrive. Signage is visible to communicate their procedures. They call you when your dog is ready for pickup. Instructions are clear. Everyone is nice. Highly recommend!

Awful. Free isn't always a good thing. Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for! I took my 7 month old puppy in to be neutered and he came out with a hack job done, The poor fella wasn't even closed up .. needless to say a few days later we had to sit all night at the animal emergency room and that was another 250 dollars! They may have food intentions but they have too many dogs at drop off and I feel like it's too much going on at once for them to handle. My concern was my dog being anxious to begin with and they reassured me it was ok they deal with that kind of thing all the time then proceeded to drag my dog by the throat instead of pick him up and him clearly frightened. The staff was heartless and rude. Wouldn't explain any details of the actual procedure or what person did it. It's like these aren't actual veterinarians but rather "trained" staff doing these procedures so they didn't want to disclose any information. Lack of clarity and empathy all the way around from drop off to pick up. Stephanie and others at the front desk need additional training in customer service. Some things are just unacceptable. May be a good cause but the animals pay the price when not done correctly . So do better and don't schedule more dogs in one day than you can handle because hurrying through such an important surgery is NOT ok especially when your carelessness and feeling of needing to rush ends in a pet having to get further veterinary services and experience unnecessary pain due to your lack of providing proper care.
