Had to send my buddy on his final journey after 16 years of being by my side. As everyone knows who loves their fur baby and welcomes them into their home and heart as family it is devastating 馃挃. They made it quiet and peaceful and gave me all the time I needed and I can't thank them enough for that kindness 鉂わ笍 Rest in peace my dear sweet Moose who was loved by everyone you met

Chatham Veterinary Clinic Introduce

Welcome to an introduction of Chatham Veterinary Clinic, a Pet Hospital located in Chatham, Illinois, USA. For local users seeking veterinary care for their pets, Chatham Veterinary Clinic, situated at 1500 N Main, Chatham, IL 62629, offers a range of services typically associated with a pet hospital. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the clinic based on the available customer reviews, touching upon aspects of their environment, services, and features.

Based on the limited feedback, the environment of Chatham Veterinary Clinic is not explicitly described in detail. However, we can infer that it includes a lobby or waiting area for clients and examination rooms for pets. One customer's experience of waiting in the lobby for an extended period suggests the presence of a reception area. The review mentioning a quiet and peaceful setting for euthanasia indicates that the clinic has facilities to provide end-of-life care in a compassionate manner. However, another review paints a less favorable picture of the front desk interaction, which could influence a pet owner's perception of the overall clinic environment.

Regarding services, the available reviews offer insights into at least two specific areas. One customer recounts the compassionate handling of their pet's euthanasia, highlighting the clinic's ability to provide this sensitive service with care and respect, allowing the owner the necessary time. This suggests that end-of-life care is among the services offered. The second review involves a customer attempting to retrieve paperwork, implying that the clinic maintains patient records and handles administrative tasks. While these reviews don't provide a comprehensive list of services, they give us a glimpse into the types of care provided. Typically, a veterinary clinic would also offer services such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, treatment of illnesses and injuries, and possibly surgical procedures. However, the provided information does not confirm the full scope of services offered by Chatham Veterinary Clinic.

In terms of features, one notable aspect highlighted by a positive review is the kindness and the provision of ample time during a difficult euthanasia process. This suggests a compassionate approach to sensitive situations. However, a contrasting feature pointed out by another review is the perceived rudeness and unprofessionalism of at least one staff member at the front desk. This negative interaction significantly impacted the reviewer's overall impression and willingness to recommend the clinic. Therefore, a feature of Chatham Veterinary Clinic, based on these reviews, appears to be a mixed experience in terms of customer service, with compassionate care noted in some instances and unprofessionalism in others.

Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided text. Therefore, we cannot comment on any special offers or introductory deals that Chatham Veterinary Clinic might be offering to new or existing clients. Local users interested in learning about any promotions are advised to contact the clinic directly using the provided phone number.

To summarize the key aspects of Chatham Veterinary Clinic based on the available reviews:

  • End-of-Life Care: The clinic is noted for providing quiet and peaceful euthanasia with compassionate support for pet owners.
  • Administrative Services: They handle paperwork related to pet care.
  • Customer Service: Experiences appear to vary significantly, with one instance of exceptional kindness and another of perceived rudeness and unprofessionalism.

For local users in Chatham, IL, considering Chatham Veterinary Clinic, located at 1500 N Main, Chatham, IL 62629, you can reach them by phone at (217) 483-2428 or mobile phone at +1 217-483-2428. Given the mixed feedback in the reviews, it may be beneficial to contact the clinic directly to inquire about their services, environment, and to gauge their customer service approach firsthand. While one review praises their compassionate handling of a difficult time, another raises concerns about the professionalism of a staff member. This highlights the importance of individual experiences and the need for potential clients to form their own informed opinions.

In conclusion, Chatham Veterinary Clinic operates as a Pet Hospital in Chatham, IL. Based on the limited reviews, their services include at least euthanasia and handling paperwork. A key feature appears to be their compassionate approach to end-of-life care, contrasted by a reported instance of poor customer service. As no information on the environment beyond a lobby is provided, and no promotions are mentioned, local users are encouraged to contact the clinic directly to gather more comprehensive information and assess if it meets their needs for veterinary care.

Went there to retrieve paperwork for a dog we adopted from a former client of theirs. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before I finally went to find someone for help. The woman acted like I killed her first born child and was incredibly rude. While discussing what I needed, another customer came in and she proceeded to tell him how she was interrupted and would have to start over on his order in a very condescending tone. All she had to do was say she would be with me in a moment and I would have gladly waited. Instead she chose to be rude and degrading and basically blamed me for her clients having to wait. I can certainly see why the former owners only took the dog there once. Whoever she is, be it receptionist or vet, she needs to learn some patience and better customer service because I would never take any animal or recommend anyone take their animals there. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional.

The veterinarians here have been around the block a few times. They gave my cat one shot and he hasn鈥檛 been itchy since. Getting in and out on a Thursday took less than 20 minutes. Very trustworthy

Have tried calling this place multiple times a week over the last few months to get my dogs stitches removed. No response and no returned calls. So now my dog is going on three months with her stitches still in. Either answer your phone or return a call after someone leaves a voicemail. As a business you should also call the client and tell us it鈥檚 been two weeks and give us available dates for an appointment. That鈥檚 your responsibility too. Will not be back.
