I took my cat there to get treated for fleas as nothing I tried over the counter worked, I sat at the front door and was asked a barrage of questions that should have been asked before I arrived. They wouldn't let me inside because of covid and during this time my cat was going ballistic and managed to get the door of the cage open, I caught up to him in attempted to cage him again but though his staff member brought a new cage over, didn't assist me with shutting the door of the cage so my cat disappeared into the woods. Seems like they're more concerned with being six feet away from me than taking care of my cat which is now gone. Not happy.
