Central Valley Animal Hospital

It was our first time. I noticed how everyone who came in to pick up their dogs, knew all the staff so well. I love that! We were able to get a last minute appointment for our cat. They were prompt and professional. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this vet!

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding care my dog, Jack, received at Central Valley Animal Hospital. This morning started out on the most stressful note possible. Jack woke me up in a panic, scared and screaming—quite a way to wake up on the night before Christmas Eve! To add to the chaos, the weather was horrendous, and we were advised against traveling. After making a few frantic calls to local vets, I was left feeling frustrated. Dr. Adams didn’t answer, and while Dr. Isabel was willing to see us, there were no veterinarians available to help. I couldn’t see how bringing Jack there would be beneficial without any veterinarian on hand. Feeling desperate, I then contacted Central Valley Animal Hospital. They reassured me that they would see Jack as soon as possible, understanding that I lived on the mountain and the journey would take me about 30 minutes. Their willingness to help and prompt response was a huge relief. Once I arrived, I was so impressed with how they handled Jack. They took him straight back and attended to him quickly and professionally, quickly identifying the problem and providing effective treatment. Their caring staff made all the difference. It was evident they genuinely loved animals, and Jack seemed to sense it too—he warmed up to both the vet and his assistant right away. The level of care and compassion demonstrated by the team at Central Valley was exceptional, especially given the circumstances. We were back home swiftly, and by that night, Jack was already feeling a little better. I left feeling reassured knowing Jack was in good hands. I can't thank them enough for their quick response and the kind treatment they provided. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic that truly cares, I highly recommend Central Valley Animal Hospital!

Oh my gosh! Ms. Brooklyn was just wonderful with my babies. She even got my dog to be still and let her do their toenails. They never let anyone do their toenails. Everything was so clean. Everybody was so nice. Definitely going back.

Transitioned here from another local veterinarian after several issues of absolute carelessness, including switched medication dosage that could have killed one of our dogs if we weren't paying attention to the labels on the bottles. Have only visited Central Valley a couple of times but very pleased with the staff & vet so far. We boarded our two dogs over a long weekend recently & the staff took incredible care of them. Couldn't be happier with the switch to Central Valley.

I can not begin to thank everyone at this office. First time at the office for such a sad reason. The Vet there was ,well she was the light to such a dark day. Thank the entire office, the girls in the back assisting, thank you, it was such a devistating day and Central Valley was there for us. 3-18-25 Jim and Suzy Steward.
