The care provided by Dr. Green, her team and the entire staff is excellent. Dr. Green has filled a need long not met. An exhaustive search finally brought me to Dr. Green. She is lead by her passion, concern and love for the pets she cares for. Her dedication to both myself and my little Pekingese is extraordinary. I am grateful that she our doctor. I no longer travel back-and-forth to the east end of Long Island for veterinary care. My puppy is young, and I am looking forward to a long and positive partnership in the care of my dog. The dedication and follow through of this exceptional doctor.

I called Catskill Veterinary Services requesting a new patient, sick visit for my 6+ year old guinea pig, as I had previously heard rave reviews about their vet services & staff. I was given a same day appointment with exotics specialist “Dr. Gina” Vecere, DACEPM. She was absolutely wonderful! We couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable, & thorough care we received from her & each staff member we interacted with, from the first contact over the phone on through the office visit. We will definitely be back & with our other fur-kids!

I cannot say enough about the compassion and care that this team provided our beloved kitty, Billi. They did everything they could to diagnose and save her but it was just her time. Thank you to Dr. Presutti and team at the Middletown location and to Dr. Carbone and team at the Rock Hill location. You are amazing humans doing some of the hardest most under appreciated work out there. Special thanks to LVT Hannah for going above and beyond for an old friend. I came in for a health certificate for my service dog and pet dog. I didn’t see my regular vet Dr Lindsey Greene because she was away and instead was booked with Dr. Megan. I unfortunately had a turn of events in my health and needed to add my service dog. I called back multiple times to even just make sure my paperwork would be valid when traveling. This is my primary vet and although I moved here 6 months ago have already been with all of my pets at least once as well as clients dogs always seeing Dr Greene who has been nothing but compassionate and helpful. I cannot say the same for my experience with Dr. Megan, I set up an appointment and it wasn’t until I got into the exam room that they said they couldn’t do the health certificate even after I called twice in the morning before. She was rude and said well I can do the health certificate on the original appointment but the dog added on I can’t. I just don’t understand why I wasn’t told until I was sitting in the room when I called repeatedly and booked the appointment a week ago. I was also so nicely told by the front desk that most clients bring all of their paperwork but if that was the case they wouldn’t have called my vet in NJ this morning and the paperwork would still not be valid according to the EU. Unorganized and they blame the client. They also had me waiting for a long time just to tell me to come back another day. I came for my appointment and they didn’t have what THEY needed and I still sat there for an hour with no health certificate. Dr. Megan does not seem to care about the patients and their families from what little interaction I had with her. Sitting in an office and waiting for an hour to be told they can’t do something they should have known when booking. I have since cancelled all appointments because if they can’t double check paperwork until the morning of (which is their job not mine) I don’t want them treating my dogs. I would have rather heard a week ago I couldn’t do the health certificate so I could have canceled my business trip with more than a week’s notice. Update: went to a different vet and all my paperwork was valid my dog didn’t need any more shots and what she did have previously was enough for international travel like I thought from the beginning.

I've been taking my dog to Catskill Vet Services for over a year now and have been extremely happy with them! From booking the appointments to talking with the staff, it's been a great experience. We recently had to utilize their Urgent Care, and everyone was extremely professional. My dog is a rescue and a bit nervous around some people, and they've been very understanding and accommodating (especially if there are a lot of dogs in the waiting room). The vets take the time to actually get to talk to you and explain any questions - I found with other vets they sometimes rush you.
