Worst experience ever. I wanna start by telling you I have never written a bad review online. However, this situation called for it. We are only loving owners of our pet and care for her well being. After the first bad experience we had here- we chalked it up as maybe they were having an off day and decided to give them another chance and go back due to them specializing in cats. Once Dr. David Jones came into the room we were explaining our concerns as he was looking over our cat, I went to show a video of what she has been doing that was concerning us and he turned very aggressively and raised his voice shutting me down like I was a Child. At that moment we stopped in shock and my fiancé said that the last time we we’re here we had a bad experience and we didn’t want to start this visit off that way either. Immediately the Dr. (once again very aggressive) told us well we can’t work together then and you can leave. We were in complete shock and sad that our cat was left untreated. I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting to get treatment for their cats. This is not a loving facility.

Welcome to Cat Clinic of Louisville: Jones David W DVM
If you are a cat owner in the Louisville, KY area seeking specialized veterinary care, the Cat Clinic of Louisville: Jones David W DVM, located at 627 Baxter Ave, focuses specifically on feline health. However, recent customer feedback presents a mixed view of the clinic experience.
One customer reported a very negative experience, detailing an interaction with Dr. David Jones that they described as "aggressive" and unprofessional. This reviewer stated they felt shut down and ultimately left without their cat receiving treatment. They strongly advised against visiting this clinic, stating it did not feel like a "loving facility."
In contrast, another reviewer shared some positive aspects of their experience. They appreciated receiving a detailed printout after each visit outlining the services provided and future recommendations. They also noted minimal wait times, which they felt reduced stress for their cats. Furthermore, this reviewer found the vet to be thorough and attentive to their concerns, with successful diagnoses and treatments. These positive aspects suggest a clinic that is organized in terms of record-keeping and appointment efficiency, with a vet who is perceived as competent and communicative.
However, this second reviewer also highlighted a significant drawback: the lack of posted prices for any services. This absence of upfront pricing made it difficult to make informed decisions about treatment options, a concern they noted was consistent across previous veterinarians as well, but still disliked. If you are considering the Cat Clinic of Louisville, you may want to inquire specifically about their pricing policies and ensure you are comfortable with their communication style. You can contact them at (502) 584-7055 or +1 502-584-7055.

Jan 12, 2018 · Amber IG: 2xtreme_amber*Likes:* At the end of every visit, we get a printout for out records of everything that has been done and everything that the vet recommends to be done in the foreseeable future (teeth cleaning, vaccinations, etc.). We never have to wait long to be seen, which keeps the stress for the cats to a minimum. The vet is thorough and listens to our concerns, and so far has done a great job of diagnosing and treating our cats' various illnesses. *Dislikes*: No prices are posted for anything, so we never know how much a visit will cost until the very end, which makes it difficult to make an informed decision about treatment options. This has been the case at every veterinarian we have had in the past, but that still doesn't mean we have to like it.
Mar 26, 2012 · Rhiannon RyanHave been going to the Cat Clinic for years with 4 different cats. Excellent. Dr David Jones, other vets and staff here are very professional and patient with all my questions. Their location is not the most convenient for me, but I will continue to bring my boys here. I like that it's a Cat clinic.
