I have 3 yorkies.. Dr. Carpenter and staff have always showed so much kindness and care with all my furbabies. Bella my oldest had some odd behavior. Dr. Carpenter called me and told me what to do and then he called back to check on her. He is always so kind. I have also seen other Dr. and they have always showed kindness and love to my furbabies. Two of my girls were spayed here and the staff was wonderful Dr. Carpenter called me after the procedure and told me each how they were doing. I highly recommend this clinic for your furbabies care if you love and adore them as much as my family does. We want only the best for them and this clinic has shown me that over the past 3 years that I have been going here.

Dr Carpenter and staff are the only people/vets we see. I say people because they don't make you feel like just patients, they make you feel like family. They treat your pet as if it were their own pet. For 16 years we drove from I-75 & Wade Green Rd over to Hiram Animal Hospital when our dogs needed care. We now live in Dallas and still go to Dr Carpenter. Call them when you have a need, you'll be glad you did.

These people are liars and don't care about your animal at all. My mother took her baby up there after he was viciously attached by a large dog who ripped a hole the size of my fist in his neck and they wouldn't even look at her dog. They sent her away without any advice or help finding a place that would help her. They just told her sorry we don't do surgerys here but there website clearly states they do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IFU WANT THEM TREATED BY SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST AND ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PET! I only gave them 1 star because I had to. This place should be shut down.

My dog was injured by another dog pretty badly. Dr Carpenter and staff were not concern about money or how it was going to get paid. My dog’s well being was there top priority. Such care and love they all showed. Helped me through a horrible time. Thank you, Dr Carpenter!!!! Highly recommend this group.
