I had one visit and felt it was a huge waste of time (and money). They did not have any good treatment or diagnostic suggestions or recommendations for my cat’s cough. I only had one visit there and would not consider myself a client since i transferred his care/treatment elsewhere after that. Then they sent me text reminders (which i did not enroll in) two years after my only visit (over a year after my pet passed) after no follow up/communication in between. I called to let them know not to send me anything else and said i shouldn’t be getting anything since i’m not an active client. The lady was really dismissive and making excuses (instead of apologizing). I asked her to “please stop” talking about my dead cat several times which was ignored. It was bad enough to get the reminder text, but to have her relentlessly discussing the symptoms (they didn’t treat) that eventually killed him was completely inappropriate and not something a pet owner wants to be reminded of. She never apologized and just hung up on me instead (very unprofessional). They’re definitely not compassionate or sympathetic to loss. I would not want them involved in care for any current/future pets!

These features might include the expertise and qualifications of the veterinary staff, the use of modern medical equipment, the availability of specialized services, and the clinic's approach to patient care. One customer review mentions "Fantastic veterinarians!" who "spend ample time with each patient, are careful and thorough," suggesting that the quality of the veterinary staff and their dedication to patient care could be a notable feature of Carolina Animal Hospital of Creedmoor. Summary and Considerations for Local Users:

Carolina Animal Hospital of Creedmoor, located in Creedmoor, NC, operates as a Pet Hospital, offering veterinary care services to the local community. Based on available online reviews, experiences appear to vary among customers. One review praises the "fantastic veterinarians" for their thorough and careful approach, indicating a potential strength in the quality of veterinary care provided. This suggests that for some pet owners, the hospital offers competent and attentive medical attention.

However, another review details a negative experience involving a perceived lack of effective treatment or diagnostic suggestions, as well as significant issues with post-visit communication and customer service. This feedback raises concerns about the consistency of service quality and the hospital's communication practices, particularly in sensitive situations. The mention of unwanted reminders and an unprofessional phone interaction where the staff member was allegedly dismissive and insensitive to the loss of a pet is a serious concern for any prospective client.

For local users considering Carolina Animal Hospital of Creedmoor for their pet care needs, it is advisable to weigh these contrasting experiences. The positive review highlights the potential for excellent veterinary care, while the negative review underscores the importance of clear communication, effective diagnostics, and compassionate customer service. Potential clients may want to consider the specific health needs of their pets and perhaps inquire directly with the hospital about their approach to diagnosis, treatment plans, and communication protocols.

Given the limited information and the mixed feedback, local pet owners may find it beneficial to schedule an initial consultation to assess the hospital's environment, meet the veterinary staff, and discuss their pet's specific needs. Asking about their diagnostic capabilities, treatment options, and communication practices can help in making an informed decision. Additionally, seeking further reviews or testimonials from other local pet owners might provide a broader perspective on the quality of care and customer service at Carolina Animal Hospital of Creedmoor.

In conclusion, Carolina Animal Hospital of Creedmoor is a Pet Hospital serving the Creedmoor, NC area. While there is positive feedback regarding the quality of veterinary care from at least one customer, a significant negative review points to potential issues with diagnostic effectiveness and customer service. Fantastic veterinarians! We moved away and have had a less than stellar experience with our new vet office and if it weren’t 3 hours away now, they’d still be our Lola girls vet. They spend ample time with each patient, are careful and thorough and we miss that!!

We’ve been taking our dogs here for over a year now. I love the staff! Everyone is really kind and caring. I appreciate the fast service, and Dr’s Amber and Colin are awesome! The vet techs are also amazing!

Everyone at the animal hospital was friendly to both me and my cat Meow Meow. I'm so glad to have been given the referral. I will do the same. I love CAH. They take such good care of my kittens and me. They always take the time to answer all of my questions, make recommendations on any kitten subject and make me feel as though they know my kittens and what is the best for them. I have and will continue to recommend CAH to all I can.
