We've always had a good experience here with our animals. The people are friendly and answer any questions you may have. They do get busy and the wait time can be a little long. They will give you a approximate wait time if you ask. I think the prices are fair and the veterinarians are qualified. We've only used the small animals service, so I don't know anything about the large animal part. They are open on Saturday till 1, I think. They also answer the phone if you have a emergency call. I have never tried that part of their service though.

I believe Carl Propp could benefit a substantial amount, simply by offering services 24/7 for a added charge within reason. That'd make him the only one in his area with that offering
