Caring Hands Animal Hospital - Suffolk

I literally don’t have the words to describe how incredible the staff and veterinarians at Caring Hands Suffolk are. I have an elderly dog with complex health issues, which can be very stressful, but Dr Newman and Dr Deoudes have made everything so much easier. They’ve gone above and beyond in every way in taking excellent care of my dog, all with the kindest and most knowledgeable approach. The staff are equally as wonderful from the Techs who are gentle with pets and super friendly with their humans, to the front desk who always call to check in after an appointment —they even helped load my (65lb) dog in my car when she couldn’t walk after a procedure. I truly cannot recommend this veterinary practice enough, it is all around the best and I will trust them with my pets indefinitely!!

KIND, TRANSPARENT, PROFESSIONAL! I have only good things to say about this practice and my experience with them. Even before I walked through their doors, they were kind and flexible with helping me schedule and reschedule my appointment. I was able to make an appointment fast for my sick kitty. During the appointment, they treated my cat like she was one of their own. They even let us come back with them while they gave her an ultrasound. Thank you Caring Hands for your professional and outstanding care!

Dr. Newman is awesome—literally the best vet ever—and he was great with our Marley. He taught us a lot, and we appreciate it. He told us that we could come back or call anytime with questions. We brought her back for Dr. Newman to check her collar, lol. He was kind and really reassuring. We love this place for our sweet Marley. The vet techs and the front desk staff are also awesome!

Caring Hands provides top notch care! I recommend them to anyone in the area. Kiley, one of the technicians, has always taken such great care of my 10lb fluffy ball of spice with no problems. Even with my dogs continuous chihuahua bullying, she is always super patient with her =) 11/10 recommend!

Highly impressed and thrilled with our visit to Caring Hands!! The staff is always very welcoming and professional and keep you updated if they’re going to be a little late. I can appreciate this so much as I’m sure others would as well! I have never had a veterinarian like Dr. Deoudes. She did such a thorough exam on all of my babies and was attentive to all 3 of my crazy labs! Dr. Deoudes, the techs and receptionists were really personable and friendly and willing to help wrangle when needed! They made me feel heard and not pressured into anything which is huge! I was given a tour of the facility and learned so much. If you’re on the fence and needing to switch vets or establish care look no further Caring Hands will impress you! Sperry, Samantha Rae and Sunny will definitely be returning and look forward to it as well as their kitty siblings!!🙂🐾
