They killed my baby!!!! I brought my 8 month frenchie there because she was having vomiting and seizures. They refused to see her before paying so i then paid they seen her for 3 mins said there that it was something she ate -and asked me for $1800 to run a blood test. I left and took my puppy to Animal kindness vet they were absolutely amazing I can鈥檛 express how helpful they were. Unfortunately my puppy had been electrocuted from chewing on a lamp. The doctor stated that if a proper inspection of her gums and attention to her symptoms would have been done no blood test was necessary they would have known what the issue was and she could have been saved. Unfortunately i did have to put my baby down.i went back there to tell them that they did not help my dog and the vet stated to me that she had no knowledge of the seizures????? I was there 2 days in a row for this and they did NOTHING to help. And refused to give me my money back for no treatment. I do not recommend this place at all. And will be switching my vet. We miss you so so so much Tiny Marie 馃┓

Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital Introduce

Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital is a veterinary care facility located at 5130 Camino Al Norte, North Las Vegas, NV 89031, USA. Operating within the "Pet Hospital" category, the facility can be contacted at (702) 304-8387 or their mobile number +1 702-304-8387. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview based on the publicly available information.

As a local pet hospital, Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital is situated to serve the veterinary needs of pet owners in North Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Typically, animal hospitals offer a range of services aimed at maintaining and improving the health of pets. These services generally include routine check-ups, vaccinations, diagnostics, surgical procedures, dental care, and emergency services. However, the information derived from the provided customer reviews presents significant concerns regarding the quality of care and patient safety at this specific facility.

It is critical to address the serious allegations made in the customer reviews. One reviewer detailed a tragic experience involving their 8-month-old French Bulldog who presented with vomiting and seizures. According to this review, the hospital allegedly required payment before examination, conducted a brief examination, and recommended expensive blood tests without a thorough initial assessment. The reviewer sought a second opinion at another veterinary clinic where the puppy was diagnosed with electrocution, a condition the second vet stated could have been identified with a proper initial examination. Sadly, the puppy did not survive. The reviewer further claimed that upon returning to Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital, the veterinarian denied knowledge of the seizures and refused a refund for the alleged lack of adequate treatment.

Another highly concerning review described the death of a cat during a routine neutering procedure. The reviewer alleged that the cat did not wake up after being put under anesthesia and that a staff member admitted it was their fault, suggesting a possible overdose of anesthesia. This review further claimed that the staff at the front counter were smiling during a discussion about the cat's death and that the hospital did not take accountability for the incident, allegedly attempting to shift blame. The reviewer strongly advised against taking pets to this hospital, citing unreliability and a lack of accountability.

Given the severity of these allegations, it is difficult to provide a standard description of the environment, services, and features of Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital without acknowledging these critical concerns. The reviews do not offer insights into the physical environment of the clinic. However, the alleged incidents raise serious questions about the hospital's protocols, staff competence, and commitment to patient safety and ethical practices.

Based solely on the negative reviews, potential services that were reportedly offered include initial examinations, diagnostic recommendations (blood tests), and surgical procedures (neutering). However, the outcomes and the manner in which these services were allegedly provided are the central issues highlighted in the feedback.

Similarly, any potential features of the hospital, such as online booking or emergency services (if offered), are overshadowed by the grave concerns raised about patient care and outcomes. The alleged requirement for payment before treatment in an emergency situation, as described in one review, is also a significant point of concern for ethical veterinary practice.

There is no information available regarding any promotional offers or special programs at Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital. In light of the serious negative feedback, any potential promotions would likely be secondary to addressing the fundamental issues of patient safety and quality of care raised by the reviewers.

In conclusion, the publicly available customer reviews for Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital contain extremely serious allegations, including claims of misdiagnosis leading to a pet's death and a fatality during a routine surgical procedure allegedly due to anesthesia complications. These reviews also suggest concerns regarding the hospital's communication with pet owners, its handling of critical situations, and its accountability for adverse outcomes. Local users considering this facility for their pet's care are strongly advised to carefully review all available information and consider these serious allegations before making a decision. It would be prudent to seek further information, possibly from regulatory bodies or other pet owners in the community, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the hospital's practices and reputation. Due to the gravity of the reported incidents, proceeding with caution and seeking alternative veterinary care options may be advisable.

They killed my cat, he was to undergo surgery to get neutered, they put him under anethsia and never woke up after that, his name was Astro and even one the workers admitted it was their fault, I鈥檓 assuming they put too much anesthesia causing him to not wake up. My family got into an arguenent with the front counter, with the workers smiling in the background as if it鈥檚 funny that they took my cats life, don鈥檛 ever go here, it is not reliable and won鈥檛 take accountability for faults, will try to blame you instead

This facility is amazing, from the person who answers the phone to the Dr. They have treated us so well and with friendliness and respect. They have even posted a photo of my puppy on their gallery on tv in the office. I am very happy and pleased to bring my puppy here.馃槉

Staff was excellent, very patient and understanding since I was bringing in a friends outdoor cat that was in bad shape and believed to have had cancer of the mouth. The vet took her time with him and confirmed what we all already knew. Thanks to everyone at Camino Al Norte Animal hospital for their kindness and compassion to Samson. RIP Buddy

I have brought 2 of my babies to come and get fixed here over a 3 year span and I loveee this place! The girls in the front are very nice and so is Dr. Morales. I鈥檝e had no issues after surgery at home with my cats either and I love that they call and check on the babies after going home. 10/10
