I have been coming here for several years now. I will say when I do visit this vet the staff are friendly, kind, and courteous. They show affection and care for my pets, asking how they are doing and such. My 2 star rating is because they never have emergency sick day appointments. Anytime my pets are sick or I have an emergency, like today, they never can be seen the same day.This is the 3rd time. There scheduling is not flexible or available to emergency situations. I worked in a doctors office, I know its not the same, but we always had 4 saved appointment slots available for SAME DAY SICK appointments. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Just a suggestion… I am finding a new vet for my fur babies now.

So happy to be back at BMDV! Brought my puppy Sam in for his first visit after our recent move back to the area and Dr Yeager was so patient and did everything he could to make nervous Sam feel at ease — I’d say Sam *almost* had a very nice time! Dr Yeager listened to my concerns and extra info patiently and with kindness. Invaluable. Love this practice and recommend it to everyone

Dr. Worhach was wonderful with our girl. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the vets know what they are talking about, and want what is best for your pet. The staff was very kind and our overall experience was fantastic. At our previous vet, our pup shook uncontrollably the entire time every visit, but surprisingly she did not shake once at BMD vet. I could not recommend this veterinary hospital more!

My 2 dogs and I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Yeager. He was able to put my anxious dog at ease, and did not hesitate to get down on the floor to his level to make him comfortable. He listened to my concerns, made recommendations but was not overly rigid/pushy about promoting certain brands of food/preventatives. I have been to 2 other Vet clinics and I appreciate that most of the work e.g., vaccines and owner education in this clinic is still being done by the Vets and not delegated to ancillary staff.

Dr Yeager and rest of the staff took such good care of my Matilda doing everything to make her comfortable, right up to the end. They are kind and caring and love your pets as if they were their own.
