Another reviewer wrote it right - absolutely bad service. This is another clinic where everything is tied to money. As for customer service - the staff just doesn't care about your problems and requests. They didn't get the info about dog's previous vaccinations - they do Not work with fax, they do Not have one... They were so overloaded (?) and my questions were inappropriate and they do Not make decisions... Slippery laminated examination table with no blanket, dog was stressed while we waited for the vet who has not arrived yet, then she will be shortly.... she will be shortly.... she will be shortly.... It is your choice to be here..(!!!). that was enough for me to make my choice ... - And we keep your deposit... Well, I was not surprised at all, completely unprofessional attitude and unfriendly...

Dr. Linda and the entire staff is just wonderful. They listen to you and your concerns and talk to you not at you. If you live nearby, I strongly suggest using this clinic

I was able to get a last minute appointment early in the morning, which is great thanks to my work schedule. They were great and careful with our young kitten and even helped us with stuff to know regarding her. They wasn't pushy with tests and treatments, but went over what we could do with our kitten and went over a time frame for her shots. It was a good experience and I feel safe with them taking care of our kitten. Our kitten is healthy and happy.

Dr. Schilkowsky is the absolute best at what she does. She loves our Newfoundland as her own and we are so grateful for her. She's always ready to help and super knowledgeable. In addition, it's always a plus getting to see the office cat, Opal. :)
