It is crucial to acknowledge and address the serious concerns raised in one of the customer reviews. This review details multiple instances of alleged misdiagnosis, inappropriate treatment suggestions (including premature recommendations for euthanasia), and unprofessional behavior attributed to a specific veterinarian, Dr. Ann Adams. These allegations include suggesting euthanasia for minor issues, recommending potentially harmful treatments, misrepresenting treatment options, and exhibiting rudeness towards pet owners and their animals.

This feedback, while concerning, represents the experience of one customer. However, the detailed nature of the অভিযোগ and the mention of similar stories from other community members warrant attention. While the staff here are amazing, I have no idea why Dr Ann Adams is still employed here. Every misdiagnosis or botched treatment we have ever had on any of our pets has been from her. Small things could be when she told us our dog was having 2 puppies when she actually had 7, bigger things include suggesting euthanasia for every dog we've brought in for things as little as a skin rash. She suggested we put peroxide in a guinea pigs ear, which could be lethal. She also tried to pick off another guinea pigs Bumblefoot. She's either knowingly or unknowingly lied about treatment, telling us on multiple instances for multiple issues that there isn't any treatment option and to euthanize instead, but whenever we get a second opinion elsewhere we find a variety of options and our pet makes a full recovery. Other community members have also shared stories with us about how she religiously suggests euthanasia. We have had to put down ill animals in the past, we are no stranger to it, but this is wild. She's also been rude, commenting how my healthy dog who was simply having a checkup wouldn't make it to 14 (he made it to 18), calling another dog of ours a burden to our family because she takes medication, and even walking in and groaning “here we go again” for a visit. If you look at the other reviews you'll see similar stories, while I love the other staff here, I do have to give this poor rating for even allowing her to continue to work here

I’ve been to every vet in the area and although I haven’t had any negative experiences with the others, I went back to Bureau Valley even though I moved from Princeton because of the personalized service I get from Dr. Ann Adams, and also the prices are better. Dr. Ann doesn’t sugarcoat anything but does it with empathy, and I appreciate that. Being told that your pet is going to die is an awful feeling, but I’d rather hear it from her than anyone else. Everyone is so friendly here & I’m glad to have them as my vet.

If you have a dog and take him/her to Bureau Valley Vet in Princeton, and then get waited on by Dr. Anne Adams, RUN! Do not let this woman touch your dog. She is rude, makes snide remarks and does not answer your questions or help in any way. And she will not treat your dog nice at all. But most of all, my experience was that, when my dog had a cough, she decided he had Congestive Heart Failure and told me he had fluid in his lungs after a teeth cleaning, so she put him on three different meds. Fast forward three years, I move to another town and get a new vet who disagrees that he has CHF. New vet did X-rays to confirm he does not, called Dr Adams to get med records and the X-rays. She could not produce the X-rays. She’s a liar and prob did all this just to make the money, not caring what it does to my dog. Fortunately I found this out, he is now off all meds and is more alert, happier, lost a few lbs and acts like a young dog. Thank goodness I moved. I had a friend tell me that Dr Adams admitted to her that she does not like dogs. Also, 3 yrs of unnecessary meds cost me $2,035. Wish I could get that back.
