Thank you to Bull’s Head Vet! We had an emergency with our dog, Sloppy. They fit him in with an immediate same day emergency appointment. The trio of doctors and techs diagnosed him so quickly and accurately. Sloppy was really in goof hands today and I’m so grateful to this office for fitting us in and the wonderful care he received. They even gave us meds right in the office. He’s now at home recovering. One more positive note to add, we just moved to CT, so he had not even had a chance to establish care at this office and they still saw him right away. I highly recommend!

Apr 15, 2025 · Sarita GelnerWe have a French Bulldog named Honey and have been with Bull's Head for many years. We truly appreciate Dr. Nolan, Dr. Steve, and their entire team. They are kind, trustworthy people who always do what’s best for your pup. Over the years, we’ve tried several vets and even had to visit the pet ER a few times. These days, it’s easy to tell when a clinic is just there for profits than your pets — especially the investor-owned ones that overcharge and push unnecessary treatments. Bull's Head is different. They genuinely care. Even after we moved to New Jersey, we chose to stay with them as our primary vet because they’re the only ones we fully trust. One example I’ll never forget: Honey once had a severe skin infection. We took him to his old vet, and they quoted us over $800 just to sedate him, take a swab, and send it to a lab. We were frustrated and left. We then went to an ER clinic, which charged us $400+, but Honey’s condition didn’t improve after days. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment at Bull's Head. Dr. Steve examined Honey and prescribed a $20 medication — within days, Honey fully recovered. That was the moment I knew we would be switching to Bull's Head permanently. Honey has multiple medical issues, including seizures and a past IVDD spinal surgery. Dr. Nolan and his team have consistently taken excellent care of him. Over the years, any time Honey had minor issues (like coughing, diarrhea, or skin problems), Dr. Nolan encouraged us to email them first. They always respond with helpful guidance, often saving us from unnecessary visits. We followed their advice and saw Honey recover many times without even needing to come in. They don’t push extra treatments or charge unnecessarily — they’re honest, practical, and truly have your pet’s best interests at heart. We’ve also had a few emergencies over the years. When we reached out via email or phone, they made time for same-day appointments and saw Honey right away. They only perform treatments that are needed and effective. As a pet parent, I’m not just concerned about overspending — I also want to avoid putting Honey through unnecessary procedures or discomfort. I’ve compared their pricing with other vets and Chewy, BH always has a fair price. Even now that we live farther away, they’re happy to send prescriptions directly to Chewy so we can get medications delivered. They never force you to buy through them. Overall, we’ve had the best experience with Bull's Head. We’re truly grateful we found them. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a veterinary team that genuinely cares for your pet. While many clinics advertise that they treat your pet like family, Bull's Head actually lives it — no marketing gimmicks, just consistent, compassionate care. We feel they treat Honey like one of their own, and we trust them completely.
Apr 29, 2025 · Yiran RuanWonderful Veterinarian! From walking in the door everyone is friendly and welcoming! Dr Heidi is caring, attentive, responsive & knowledgeable. She treats each animal as if it’s her own. She doesn’t push or recommend necessary medications or procedures. Dr Heidi is great with follow ups and gives you peace of mind! Apr 15, 2025 · Sound SoapYou’ll take your pet to a place where they care about the pets. Your pet is important to them and it’s not just a number/money maker. We have a 3 months cavapoo. Tried another vet before and the service was awful. So we found Bull’s head hospital and we are so GLAD ! We had our 1st appointment with the vet, it’s was about 1 hour. -They answered all questions and explained everything they did to the puppy in front of us! -We received in the email a full document of puppy care and all his inf. (Sooo helpful) -They explained to us how to give to him the medicine (he has ear infection). -Everyone is so nice and friendly. They really love their jobs there. -Everyone was so lovely with our puppy We are so THANKFUL for this hospital and the people that work there.
