Excellent staff they were great with my dog who is very shy around strangers. While the Dr was checking her and going to give her the annual shots I hated to but had to step out to use restroom. I hurried back fearing she would be very scared only to find the tech setting indian style on the floor with my dog curled up on her lap completely comfortable! Made me feel better about stepping out. Very nice Dr explained everything thoroughly etc will definitely keep using them for my Darcy's care.

Avoid at ALL COSTS. Just helped my mother-in-law bring her dog in for x-rays and I've never seen such a poorly run clinic. A visit that only resulted in bloodwork took nearly two hours, forty five minutes of that alone in the exam room while techs outside the door are hooting and hollering. Nothing bad to say about Dr. McCall, but the rest of the staff seemed to be clueless and lazy. Refused to give the exact price of xrays over the phone to find out the175 ish quote turned into 530 dollars! The couple that now owns this practice are also clearly corporate shills pushing branded food and medication. Having worked in a clinic before, this was embarrassing to even witness, NEVER recommend.

the staff seem great but to be frank we feel they could do wayyy better we have brought 2 dogs in there both same reasons for going in Everytime and they just do the same thing and send u home and one of those I can understand cause it's an allergy type situation which can be hard to treat but my other pup 4x I brought him in he broke his 2nd toe nail in and if both sides I brought him in they did the surgery he had his little bandage on he had to keep that on for 48 hours and he was doing really good anesthesia wise and seemed happy 48 hours later I take off the bandage and I'm not very thrilled with what I see because it doesn't look like they went quite high enough you can still see the cracks on both sides as well as his quick they said just keep a close eye on it make sure he doesn't lick etc. etc. I'm home everyday I kept a very close eye on him and it just never got better his nail was starting to grow right into his quick and then his quick was starting to grow outsideways so I make another appointment they send us home with some antibiotics add some pain meds and say keep an eye on it, it's going to just take a while to heal well just a few days later I noticed it's not looking any better in fact looking its 10 times worse so we make another appointment she was literally saying that it's just going to take some time to heal and was about to do the same exact thing as the last time until the horse doctor took a quick look at it and realized it was not good and he needed to have surgery again okay great I don't think this is our fault and I definitely felt like our bill should have been discounted or no surgery fee at all but he had to wait 2-3 weeks to get in and he was in a lot of pain the most frustrating thing is I didn't really know what was going on all day they said they would keep in contact with me if they had any questions for me... Well when I got in there they came out and told me that we just took his entire nail.. we weren't sure if it was a trauma or some kind of growth cuz it looked kind of weird but I already knew it was a trauma so why didn't I get a call? Now my poor dog has his whole nail gone which I imagine is entirely more painful growing back a whole new nail instead of part of a nail and it was a drop off and I pick him up 10+hrs later and he is out of his wits... light sedation?? and he was absolutely terrified when I picked him not knowing what was happening and as soon as I walked him outside he was falling over and I tried to get him in the truck he pooped all over my vehicle it was heartbreaking to see him so unable to move and they made it seem so normal also his eyes were covered in this nasty Gunk and he stunk so bad like he was covered in filth all day and now he's been coughing when he tries to play like he got sick from there it's just heartbreaking my husband and I were constantly making sure he was still breathing and moving him around just to keep him alert because he was barely breathing his mouth was hanging wide open chest barely moving and u guys have your phones off no way to contact u guys it was a very scary thing to watch because the last time I picked him up it was nothing like that he walked out on his own he did just fine and it was like they overdosed my dog and almost killed him there was definitely no light sedation about that and then to know it was a drop off and you guys don't have some kind of system so the dogs that do have to wait for surgery or something like that to the end of the day you're not making sure they get to go out and go potty or anything so my dog went 10 and half hrs without going out now with all that being said I do not think they are bad people I just think they take on way too many clients and for as little staff as they have to really efficiently take care of our animals mentally and physically which makes errors and mistakes but taking somebody's dog by errors or mistakes that's not good enough because those are our babies I'm not sure about this vet now and it honestly terrifys me to know how his day was there

I think a true test of a business is how they perform when they're busy, or under pressure. They seemed quite busy, but they handled it exceptionally. They got us into our appointment on time, treated us, and our pet with compassion, took the time to answer even my most ridiculous questions, got us out in good time, and they even went the extra mile with medications, making sure all our pets were taken care of. All in all, I can't say enough about Bull Creek Veterinary, other than I strongly recommend their services!
