The entire staff, from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors, are all amazing. My dog ended up needing her gallbladder removed which is a very risky surgery and they guided me through the process. She’s a happy, healthy pup that loves going to the vet, and I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend Brodie Animal Hospital!

May 13, 2025 · Tracy RoquemoreIncredible experience bringing my cat! They got me in right away. Had a special sensory room for cats!! It had special music and a calming plug in! They gave us a little swag bag with a treat and a toy for being new customers. The doctor took her time explaining things to me and called to follow up with more results the next day. Doctor is knowledgeable. Office staff are so friendly. Vibes are great all around!!! And it was soooo affordable!!! They showed me a break down price estimate of everything before starting any exam and it ended up being considerably cheaper! I’d recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!
Dec 09, 2024 · SarahOur three furbabes, Shirley, Fat Stanley, and Midge all see Dr. Burke. We love Brodie!! The front office staff is beyond amazing. They call and check in after appointments and it means so much to us. These sweet babies are our family. We have referred a lot of friends and they are as grateful as we are. Thank you BAH!
Feb 23, 2025 · Maggie WhitleyWe brought our cat Cleo to Brodie Animal Hospital after he came home with a wound on his face. Dr. Garza treated him, and while they informed us they would need to shave the area around the injury (which we understood), they never mentioned or received consent to trim his whiskers—which were a full three inches away from the injury site. When we picked Cleo up, we were shocked to see that his entire set of whiskers on one side had been cut short. This is not only unnecessary but also distressing for a cat. Whiskers are vital sensory tools, and since the visit, Cleo has been disoriented and visibly agitated—a clear consequence of this careless and unjustified action. When I called the clinic to inform them, I expected at least an acknowledgment of wrongdoing or a basic apology. Instead, I received a dismissive “thanks for letting us know” with zero ownership or concern for what was done. This was not just an oversight—it was an irresponsible action done without transparency, consent, or follow-up. I trusted this clinic with my pet’s well-being, and that trust has been completely broken.
May 07, 2025 · Logan HowellWe’ve been going to Brodie Animal Hospital since September 2011, and we’ve had the privilege of seeing Dr. Pamela Holmes since she joined in September 2012. Over the past 13 years, she has become so much more than just our veterinarian—she’s a part of our close circle of people we deeply trust and love. Dr. Holmes has been with us through some of the most emotional moments in our lives. In February 2021, she and her assistant Nicole came to our home to help us say goodbye to our 17-year-old Chihuahua, Brewser. Their kindness and compassion made an incredibly traumatic moment peaceful and dignified. Our two Chihuahuas, Brewser and Little Bit, have been the absolute loves of our lives—more than pets, they were family. Little Bit faced significant health challenges in her later years, including a heart murmur, kidney and liver issues, blindness, deafness, and dementia. Through it all, Dr. Holmes was always there for us, often taking time away from her own family to check in and guide us with her expert advice. She cared for her like her own, and her dedication was unmatched. We even scheduled Little Bit’s appointments around our trips to Texas, ensuring she received the best care possible. This past weekend, Little Bit suffered a severe episode, and we rushed her to an emergency vet in Los Angeles, where we now live. While the team there was incredible, our hearts and trust remained with Dr. Holmes, who had cared for Little Bit since she was 4 years old. Dr. Holmes went above and beyond, calling and texting us to check on Little Bit. When we faced the heartbreaking decision to let her go, we reached out to Dr. Holmes late at night. She called us immediately, talking us through everything with compassion and wisdom. On Tuesday, we said goodbye to our baby girl, who was 17 years and 10 days old. Brewser and Little Bit were our best friends, our children, and the hearts of our family. Little Bit was part of the inspiration for our foundation, The Brewser Foundation, which raises money for diagnostic testing for pets and families who can’t afford it. For her 15th birthday, we hosted a fundraiser and threw her a quinceañera. The Brodie Animal Hospital team came out to support and celebrate with us, which meant so much to our family. We especially want to thank Dana, Chelsea, and Sandra, who have been with us the longest and supported us during times when financial resources were limited. Their kindness and dedication have touched our hearts in ways we can never fully express. Everyone at Brodie holds a special place in our hearts, but these three, along with Dr. Holmes, have been true pillars of support. We’d also like to thank Noah, Sara, Dominique, Bella, Victoria, Arty, Darian, Bliss, Jayden, Nicole, Sandra, Nefta, Emily, Victoria, Tom, Ray, Dr. Sierra Arambula, Dr. Alissa Brown, Dr. Sandy Burke, Dr. Jennifer Martin, Dr. Mike Werner, and Dr. Jennifer Steede. Each of you has made Brodie Animal Hospital the amazing place it is. In all these years, we’ve never met a veterinary team as compassionate, loving, and dedicated as Brodie Animal Hospital and Dr. Holmes. They have been there for us at every turn, making unbearable situations just a little more bearable. Brodie Animal Hospital is truly one of a kind. They are the gold standard of veterinary care, and we are eternally grateful for everything they’ve done for our family. We are so thankful for each of you and especially thankful to Dr. Pamela Holmes.
