I brought my cat in for skin lesions & severe itching. It was my first time here and a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was friendly, she even gave us bottled water because the wait was long and their water machine was broken. A nurse came out to collect info and was very friendly towards myself and my cat. While waiting in the room, a practitioner came in to collect vitals from my cat, he did so well with her. She usually doesn’t like men, but he was gentle and considerate and she had no issue. His name I believe was Clayton. He even gave my young daughter snacks from the employee lounge because the wait was long and she was hungry. I saw Dr McCoury. They were all professional, considerate, and friendly with us and our kitty. Very thorough in their notes (they emailed me their report with attached photos of the wounds treated). She did not seem too scared when they were finished and brought her back to me. Price was a bit steep (145 visit fee + 80 for Bravecto + 69 for trimming the fur & adding ointment to the hotspots), and would’ve been 400 if I’d agreed to bloodwork & anti itch steroids (declined both as I didn’t feel they were necessary). Overall a good experience and would return.

Mar 27, 2025 · Christy KatThere is never enough vet services in the area and this group is helping to fill some of that void. Our dog had ear issues that was infected and required urgent care and we were able to get in on a weekend with same day service and prompt medicine to treat it. Price was reasonable for that weekend service and both the vet and staff were friendly and did a great job handling our pet.
Apr 13, 2025 · Vince QuinbyDr Johnson and his technician took wonderful care of our cat Starlord. They walked us through the entire process, explained everything and even provided diagrams. I felt very comfortable trusting them to care for our kitty. They made a scary situation better and my cat is happy and healthy now.
Apr 15, 2025 · Rob HarmanVet was very critical of us. Our cat was very ill and couldn't walk. It was time to say goodbye. I felt high pressured to buy more tests. she made snide remarks about my kitty's condition. Horrible bedside manner. I will never take any of my pets here again.
May 08, 2025 · Dawg BossI have been very impressed with this clinic. I normally just take my dogs in for shots but today had a small emergency. They quickly got me in, assessed the situation, cost was very reasonable and staff was very caring. I highly recommend and I'm one that's very picky on who touches my dogs.
