Bond Vet - Williamsburg

I've taken my kitties and giant breed dog to many vets in several states and Bond Vet Williamsburg is my favorite. The visit process is always fast and easy, the prices are great for NYC and on par with similar service in Seattle and Philadelphia. All vets and vet techs we've seen have been so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

I had an awesome experience taking my doggo here. I’ve been to two other locations in Manhattan and I liked the staff I worked with here just as much if not more. My dog is reactive and they took every precaution and action possible to keep him comfortable and happy. He left totally untriggered! The vet we saw seemed extremely knowledgeable and gave me full attention and time. 10/10 experience - will for sure return.

Honestly just wouldn’t come here if you’re looking for a professional that you can feel confident about being in good hands with, their vets are immature and inexperienced and have no idea how to treat dogs, and just gaslight you for their own well being. Their vets have published articles on their failures and how they personally let go of them to keep going. Cool, but I don’t want my angel to be your life lesson and I’d prefer to leave care of my loved ones to the professionals in the neighborhood like VEG, Williamsburg vet, or Northside vet clinic. There’s so many good providers in the neighborhood, this is not it.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I don’t know why I have given this place so many chances. I have NEVER had a good experience. My cat was recently diagnosed w diabetes and I chose to take her to Bond since we are close by for treatment instead of VERG where we typically go (they are amazing). I have been trying to get a hold of a doctor to authorize the pharmacy for insulin for three days now and all they can do is “leave a message for the doctor”. I call the next day to check in and nothing has moved. Why are we waiting for my cat to get sicker and sicker? I have never been to a clinic with such lack of urgency and unresponsiveness from the doctors. Please stay away at all costs.

Bond Vet Williamsburg has a great staff that goes above and beyond when your pet is sick. It’s really great that they have a team because for example when our pet got really sick on Friday,, the vet informed all the nurses and other vets what was going on so when we had another urgent visit over the weekend, everybody was alreadyup-to-date on my pet’s status. A special shout out to the most caring and exceptional receptionist, Kim. Kim is very welcoming and helpful and puts you at ease, she went over all the information and has helped us so much with all our pets. With all all the different customers at Bond Vet I’m always so impressed that Kim remembers me and my husband every time we visit and our pets by name. Kim, you made my day today when I was dealing with so much and so stressed. Thanks so much.

The BEST vets. Usually I go to the one in Clinton Hill since it’s closer but when booking online they didn’t have anything available but it easily allowed me to see the times available at nearby locations. And this location was just as good. I literally won’t go to any other vet anymore, this is the best service you can get.
