Thank you to the entire team that helped us on Sunday with our newly adopted feline. Jasper greeted us and got us right into a room so that our sick, l’il lady wouldn’t get too stressed. The doctor was very informative and gave my husband and I peace of mind once all was said and done. I am happy that my furry one is in such great care and we look forward to visiting for a healthy check up!

Horrible experience and Bond Vet overall. Our dog developed diarrhea and after 3 visits and thousands of dollars spent, we still don’t know what the issue is. Not to mention they refuse to return our phone calls. You would think after spending that much money they would. Don’t waste your money at this overpriced vet. Go elsewhere.

Bond Vet is the best vet clinic I ever brought my pets to. Everyone is friendly and professional. I love the atmosphere there. It is always clean, and it does not feel like you are in the clinic because it is so cozy. My dog and my cat got the best treatment there. Even tho my dog hates to go to the vet, in this clinic she felt calm and the doctor found a way to make her feel calm during the exam. What I love the most is that you can schedule an appointment online, this is so convenient.

My kitten, Libby, started breathing with a rattle in her lungs pretty suddenly so I booked an appointment but decided to show up an hour earlier because I was scared. The front desk saw the urgency in my face and immediately took us to the back and from there, we experienced top tier service. The doctor and nurses were so professional and upfront about costs, diagnoses, and next steps. They even called an urgent care to let them know we were coming to submit Libby to the ICU. This was one of the scariest times of my life but Bond Vet treated Libby with so much care and one of the nurses even gave me a hug (which meant so much). This was the Seaport location but we've also been to the Somerville office. 10/10 for both. Note: If you're looking for a sign to get pet insurance, here it is! While pricing is fair at Bond I could have saved a lot with Fetch Insurance (my other cats were already registered). Not a sponsor, just want to help a pet parent reading this.

I had to rush my dog in and they were very accommodating for a last minute visit. I really appreciated that they were upfront about pricing. I’d really like to point out Jasper, they made our appointment seemless, I called in a panic and they really helped me get in and feel comfortable. My dog has to take trazadone before her regular vet appointments, but dragged me back to the Bond Clinic the next day to say hello to Jasper. We couldn’t be more grateful for the help!
