Money hungry. AVOID going as they try to overcharge you every single moment. Ask them to DEFINE Level 1 vs. Level 2 before your cats/dogs do dental cleaning here. My cat did a regular cleaning here and had no extraction but was charged as Level 2 for over $1,500 in 2024. Later, other Bond Vet doctor and nurse told me Level 1 vs 2 are based on how much time they spent but it’s impossible for a cat to have Level 2 when there was no extraction. Recently, they tried to charge my 4 year old cat for a senior cat blood test. I care about my cats but they treat their clients as we are dumb and have no common sense. I’ve been living in this neighborhood, have 4 cats and take every cat not only for wellness checks but for dental cleaning almost every year. You really overcharged the wrong person. I’m super disappointed not because I couldn’t afford but because they play tricks. Sending warning for people in this neighborhood in every way.

I was skeptical about this place but I'm so glad I listened to my gut. I took my one cat for a well visit and one concern. Checking in was fast. They placed myself and my animal in a private examining room where I was allowed to let my animal roam free and explore. Everything is modern and up-to-date. I was very impressed. The Vets Assistant, Jessica asked me every quest about my pet from birth to present. The doctor came in and was well informed because everything I told Jessica, she typed it all up! Dr. Diaz listened to my questions and concerns. She was so patient and that made me feel like I was in a safe place with my animal. After servicing my pet, the doctor gave me anti-anxiety meds to ensure my pet would be more calm for the next visit as he was a bit on edge for vaccinations. The nurse (I forgot her name but I know she has really cute purple bangs) was great too!!! I have one more animal that I scheduled to bring in. I feel so good about this place! I also love how all the examination rooms are named after famed tennis players. That's a cute touch! Once I got home, I received a detailed receipt, a very detailed 7 page report regarding my pet (I LOVED that part!) and a follow up asking how my pet was doing? I'm glad that I finally found a vet to call my own. Thank you Bond Vet. See you in April with the next pet.

0/10. Money hungry. Lack compassion. If you love your pet, which I assume you do because you’re considering Bond. Try a different a location. I had a great experience at a different bond but this one ended up being closer so I checked it out and ended up at the ER w my pet same day. What could’ve cost me $400 had they done their job right cost me $1300. What’s the purpose of going into vet care if you don’t love animals? You can tell with their lack of love and warmth that they’re just there as a job. Not all but most.

I never write reviews but Dr. Mena Malek and her assistant went above and beyond to care for my dog who was in pain. My puppy is a bit jumpy and cautious when meeting new people but Doctor Mena and the kind nurse who I sadly don’t remember her name took care of her. My dog was calm which was extremely shocking in an amazing way. They were patient and very loving to my girl. My dog is doing better but the care in these two individuals made my heart happy. Will be switching both my dogs to these vets and highly recommend to other friends and family members who need vet. I’m beyond grateful for doctor malek and the kind nurse.

I brought my dog in without an appointment because I was concerned he possibly came into contact with rat poison that was outside my building after he began to vomit. They saw him immediately and wasted no time getting him treated. Dr.Karandikar was so kind, patient, answered all my questions and explained what all aspects of treatment she thought were necessary and why. All the staff were super helpful and facility was immaculate. My dog was very comfortable with everyone. Our regular vet is NJ but Bond Vet Forest Hills will be our back-up!
