Murphy and I just moved up to Brooklyn a few months ago and we’re looking for a trustworthy vet since he is getting older. A few friends recommended Bond Vet. The office was very clean and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Murphy especially enjoyed all of the free treats. Our doctor was Dr Jasmine Jones and she was great!

Dec 20, 2024 · Mary Beth BirdI don’t usually write reviews but Bond Vet is awesome. The scheduling process is so much easier than other vet offices and the prices are reasonable. Most importantly though, the staff is phenomenal!! Everyone you interact with is so friendly, helpful, and caring. Been to a lot of different vets during my time living in bk and nyc and Bond is by far my favorite.
Mar 07, 2025 · Nicole RockowerMy newly adopted dog Peanut was thoroughly evaluated by Dr. Jasmine Jones. I was very happy with how she took care of Peanut. It is also very clean in the Vet. I highly recommend Bond Vet-Bed-Stuy.
Nov 09, 2024 · Valerie RollocksThis place is so full of wonderful people. My elderly dog was dying and I brought him here; had never been before and got an appointment right away. They were compassionate and empathetic; it meant a Lot. Thank you so much to everyone in that clinic. If you have a pet 100% this is the place to go ❤️❤️❤️
Feb 26, 2025 · ZoeDon’t even waste your time taking your fur baby here. They give inadequate treatment so that you have no choice but to keep going back. When they show you the estimate before they administer care it is always higher than it needs to be. They start to add things on that the doctor “thinks” your dog needs. Both times i went the bill started at about $750/800 and after looking at it and telling them what i believed was unnecessary it barely came down to $480. I decided to take my dog back to the vet he was going to which is further from where we live now. The treatment plan will take about 6-8 weeks because the care at bondvet didn’t clear out the infection properly. We’ve been back to his old vet twice and i haven’t even paid $500 for both visits, this includes treatment, examination and medications. Bond vet is meant to put a burden on your pocket because they are in convenient locations. Also the care team is very rude and rushy. The doctors are okay but the medical assistants are terrible. Our first visit one of the medical assistants told me that there was only one option to treat the infection although after doing my own research there are multiple options. Instead of listening to me he tells me I’m gonna have to deal with the option presented and he doesn’t know what to tell me. After not taking no for an answer the DR came back with a more suitable option. If you do decide to go here make sure to advocate for your pet because they will do whatever is the most costly instead of what would target the issue.
Jan 17, 2025 · Fiana CromartyAmazing staff. My cat wasnt feeling well (turns out asthma and upper respiratory infection), they got me in as soon as possible and treated my boy very well. i was freaking out and they were incredibly kind to me and reassured me as much as they could. he is feeling much better, thank you so much to this team!!
Mar 14, 2025 · Allie FarmerThe attitude of the vet was very bad, I felt scolded and belittled. I googled "affordable pet care" and bond vet was the first to come up. I later realized it was an ad. Very predatory. Getting the routine rabies vaccine for two cats came to be over $600. Please don't go to this establishment. There are so many good vets in NYC who will treat their customers with respect and care.
