Thank you to everyone at BluePearl Oak Creek for the most beautiful send-off for my love, Colt. He was my heart and soul, and I wanted the best experience for his final moments. Despite the lobby being very busy, every single person who interacted with us was patient, professional and compassionate. We put our other dog to sleep here a couple years ago and that experience was wonderful, so I was confident you would do the same for Colt. We are so at peace knowing he was well cared for, comfortable, and surrounded by love. Thank you ❤️

I brought my cat Roxy in on Monday this week because she woke up with a swollen eye and refused to eat. I was obviously very concerned and stressed. Kelly was at the front desk and Emily was the tech who helped us. Both were extremely professional and kind during my visit. They took great care of Roxy, ran lab work, and gave meds to go home. The doctor was very informative and made sure I didn’t have any questions about anything. I received an estimate of cost prior to them doing any testing so I knew exactly how much I’d owe. I am so happy they were there and able to care my cat in a time of need. Big thank you to everyone at BluePearl for the work they do.

Dr. Elizabeth Hiebert did a fantastic job with our dog’s TPLO surgery - our dog Sully tore his CCL and part of his meniscus. We are about 8 months post op. We gradually let Sully do more and more activities once his bone was fully healed. I am so happy to say that Sully is back to all of his normal activities and is thriving (no limping, no signs of pain). This was a large investment, but was worth it for our dog to be pain free and able to be the bullet he loves to be when chasing a ball, playing with his “brother”, or playing tug with us. If your dog tore their CCL, you know your dog is in the best hands with Dr. Hiebert!

From the reception to the vets, they were so compassionate with my mom and my schnauzer, Whiskey. My mom had to unfortunately put him down, and they did everything they could to make him comfortable in his last moments and even called her the following day to check on how I was doing. They gave us a beautiful wooden box with his remains. All of these services were affordable and worth much more than a price tag.

We love Doctor Fleming and the whole team at Blue Pearl. They’ve always taken wonderful care of our pets and truly show their passion for animals with every client.
