About 2 weeks ago, my puppy had surgery to correct her cherry eye. Dr Darrow and staff were absolutely amazing with Betty. From the initial consult, to the surgery drop off, and her follow up visit. They were kind, gentle and really focused on not traumatizing her to help avoid her being afraid to come back in the future. They handled my questions with ease. I called them no short or 5 or more times during the 2 weeks of recovery and they never ever sounded annoyed or fed up with me. I appreciate this hospital so much in how they treated both my puppy and me. Highly recommend.

My wife and I took our 3 year old corgi in to Blue Pearl Pet Hospital Due to having pneumonia. He is now on the mend at home. They have an outstanding staff that seems genuinely concerned about the health of your pet and coming up with a proper plan to treat them. They seem extremely knowledgeable about their profession, which is great because it makes you feel comfortable, leaving your pet in their hands, knowing they’re going to get the upmost care. The staff had a lot to say about the stubbornness of my dog and the relationship that they had with him while he was there. I got a good laugh out of it. And they even remember his name without looking at a piece of paper. I’ve been to them in the past when I had an older dog that had a tumor in his stomach that burst, which we ended up having to let him go, but they did what they could to try to save him. They keep you informed and updated every single day about the progress. Sometimes multiple times a day. Also they offer you to come visit your pet anytime while they are there In the hospital. In all I gave them five stars. And highly recommend if you have any pet emergency to take them there.

Our dog Honey was twitching, couldn’t walk and vomited. We were very scared. We came in to Blue Pearl fairly late at night. The woman at the reception was so caring and put as at ease. They triaged our dog and within mins a nurse named James came out to speak with us. He is a gem of a human being. They suspected that our dog ate a THC gummy based on the symptoms and behavior and that she would be fine in the morning. We just woke up and our dog is back to 100%. I cannot commend James and the team at Blue Pearl more. What a wonderful and caring group of people. We are so grateful.

I can’t thank BluePearl enough for the care they provided to my cat, Kitter Boy. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Marissa, the vet technician, went above and beyond taking time out of her busy day to answer my questions and ease my concerns over the phone after my visit when I had more questions. I truly felt heard and reassured. Our veterinarian (whose name I wish I caught!) was just as compassionate, making sure Kitter Boy was comfortable and well cared for. He was diagnosed with a condition that may be lifelong, but thanks to the team at BluePearl, I feel much more confident in managing his health. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about both pets and their owners, I highly recommend BluePearl. Their kindness, expertise, and patience made all the difference during a stressful time. Thank you again! Edit: Ended up going back in during the middle of the night as Kitter Boy was clearly in a lot of pain. They took care of us immediately. I was very tired and emotional. This place is absolutely fantastic. I could write a novel on it but I will keep this short. My cat was near death when we brought her here and they triaged her with a swiftness that I was not expecting and have not experienced at other emergency animal hospitals. They were so kind and compassionate when delivering news to me that was hard to hear. She got seen by a cardiologist super fast which that alone would have taken weeks if I’d had to schedule one. She spent 2 days in their care and during that time they kept us updated and let us come visit her at any hour. It was so clear that they genuinely cared for her and were all pulling for her despite her having such a bleak prognosis. Seen discharge they have been more than happy and helpful when I’ve called to ask questions about her ongoing care. They also let me know that I can bring her back in anytime if I’m concerned and they will take her vitals for free. This is an amazing place to take your animal, it can be so hard leaving your beloved pet somewhere but I had so much peace leaving my cat with them and it’s because of the people that work here. Regardless of what happens to my sweet kitty, I will be forever grateful that this place exists and will always recommend and take my other pets here in the future. My cat would not be here today if it wasn’t for this amazing group of people. I guess this review is not short like I promised but I want anyone reading to rest assured that you can bring your pet here with total confidence. Thank you SO much to the team at BluePearl, from the front desk people, to the nurses and techs. You guys are exemplary in your care for the animals and the way you handle clients. I wish I could hug every single one of you. Ramona, my sweet kitty is still alive because you guys and that is priceless to me.
