Excellent staff. Very professional, honest and caring crew. Rare gem in the world of Vet clinics, honestly. My dog's ACL was well repaired and it didn't break the piggy bank. The surgeons themselves also follow up with you. Highly recommend. (Embrace Pet Insurance is a whole different story and there will be a separate post about them which will not be 5 stars). Thanks to all the staff there. Lacey is recovering just fine. God Bless...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE PLEASE!!!!!! They almost put my cat to sleep after informing he is doing better. They misdiagnosed my cat after two days of treatment in the hospital. Something could go wrong with his brain and informed me that my cat had failed to “wake up” from his sedation.  The doctor discussed with me about keeping him in the hospital but it's gonna take up to $8000-10000 after already spending $4000-5000, and there are chances of his not waking up or another option is put him to sleep, He had feline lower urinary diseases, which mostly happened to male cats and this is very common sense, what can i say? So unprofessional and not caring, They also over charged the bill, called them for refund, i got 600 back and thats it. I thought my cat was dying and I was crying and I decided to bring him home. After a few hours at home he wakes up by himself and is looking for food and water, so I bring him to PASE ER. They told me he is doing very badly but they can definitely save him, he will be fine. They send me pictures every hour and call to update the condition, his in PASE for two days and get out healing. If i listen to the doctor in BLUEPEARL he will be gone forever. How crazy is this? I try to communicate with the manager in BLUEPEARL to get my money back, and the manager says if I decide to leave my cat in their hospital he will get better. They refuse to take any responsibility for their misdiagnosis, and I almost lost my family, they don't care at all. So don't go to them for help, they just want your money and don't care about anything else.

I took Belle to get an ultrasound of her eye . Due to swelling. Dr Low , did a wonderful exam of my baby girl. Thank you so much. For the attn you gave Belle. Exceptional care. ♥️🥰

We cannot thank Dr. Perez and the entire team at BluePearl enough. The entire staff was just fantastic the frigid night we brought our Buddy there. Given the situation with our Golden Retriever, our experience was outstanding. The attention to detail, the time taken to understand Buddy's history and tendencies in the examination room, and the time taken to explain potential causes for his issue and concerns and treatment options is just so greatly appreciated. The fact that the need and benefits of treatments and tests were thoroughly explained prior to doing anything is also thoroughly appreciated. It is reassuring for us to know that there is someplace we can really trust with our Buddy in the event of an emergency.

My Vet recommended Blue Pearl and said how much I would love Dr Low. She was right! Dr Low was so good with my pet Lucy with the examination of her eyes and explaining everything! The techs are awesome and everyone is so friendly. Their gentleness with Lucy meant so much and she wasn’t nervous at all. I would highly recommend this facility if you need specialty care or for an emergency! Thank you Blue Pearl and especially Dr Low!
