BluePearl Pet Hospital truly provided exceptional care for our puppy, Sydney, and we couldn't be more grateful. Their team went above and beyond to save Sydney's life, and their expertise and compassion shone through every step of the way. The bedside manner was incredibly reassuring, and both my wife and I felt at ease knowing Sydney was in such capable hands. The level of care and attention to detail was beyond what we could have hoped for, and we will forever be thankful for the comfort and support they provided during this challenging time. I brought my cat in to this BluePearl ER after she became sick due to eating part of her cat tree. I initially went to an ER hospital in Minneapolis, but did not have a great experience there. They saw how sick my cat was and still said I'd have to wait 2-3 hours for her to be seen. So, I decided to try BluePearl. Best decision I made that day! The front desk took one look at my cat and took her back immediately to get checked out. They knew something was seriously wrong and worked to get her stabilized. They determined surgery was necessary and helped me figure out my options. The receptionists and vet techs were so kind and understanding during the stressful situation I was in, giving me lots of time to decide what I wanted to do while taking great care of my cat. I ended up having to wait several hours for them to finish doing some procedures to her (it is also a busy place and they had lots of patients), but their waiting room is so cozy and inviting that it makes you feel just a tiny bit more at ease during the wait-time. One of the techs offered me a charger because my phone was dying. Just so sweet. The clinic is also near multiple restaurants and a Starbucks - that's just a plus! Ultimately, BluePearl ended up referring me to Mission Animal Hospital for surgery the next day and my little girl is thriving now. During her recovery post-op, I had a lot of questions about meds and such that I couldn't call Mission for (they have normal business hours), and so I called BluePearl several times at nighttime, and every single person who I talked to (both receptionists and medical staff) were kind, helpful, and informative. In conclusion, I really want to give a shout out to one of the techs who talked to me that night, and I am kicking myself that I didn't get her name. But she was one of the kindest people on earth to me in that moment, where I didn't know if my cat would make it or if I could pay for the care. She was the one to let me use a charger I mentioned above. Her calming presence and informative explanation of the costs was just insanely comforting. She was so understanding and I will always remember her. For any ER situations, I would definitely recommend BluePearl.

We recently moved to this area and I took my puppy in for emergency services for toxicity. The entire staff was so incredibly kind and professional! They were able to see her right away and gave her the treatment she needed. I highly recommend this clinic! The staff is wonderful and the clinic is nice and clean. They even offer pet beds for your fur babies while you wait!

I have been sharing our experience at Blue Pearl with our family and friends. What ultimately was a relatively easy fix began (in our minds) as a possible worst-case scenario for our senior lab, Alice. The Blue Pearl team in Golden Valley could not have been more gracious, efficient, communicative, transparent, and hospitable. From the phone call advising our imminent arrival, to the offering of a large plush blanket for our dog to lay on while she awaited triage, to the charming facility, and the accommodating and transparent Vet. While it’s not where we wanted to be in the middle of a Saturday night, we were so thankful to be in such great hands getting excellent care! Thank you, Blue Pearl team! Our sweet Alice is so appreciative.

This wasn’t our first visit to BluePearl as we’ve had a couple visits before for emergencies with our dogs and they always seem to do a wonderful job and accommodate getting you in as quick as possible. Unfortunately, our last trip in was the last for our beloved dog Jax but he went away peacefully in the comfort of our home - this wouldn’t have been possible without the help at BluePearl Hospital. Jax had been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and had been managing it for years but one night on his walk, he suddenly collapsed and we rushed to BluePearl Hospital. They diagnosed him with a ruptured heart being he had a left atrium tear and it was only a matter of time before he would pass. The multiple doctors gave their professional opinions on what the best options were with euthanasia being one of them. We were set that this would be the last option and the staff gave the best care to get Jax stable enough to come home again. During our time there, they were so friendly in letting us come visit any time we’d like and made sure to put us in a room with one-on-one time each visit, they let us stay as long as we’d like while continuing to give top notch care. They even let us carry him back to his oxygen cage so we could say goodbye each time which meant the world to us. Most doctors did not think he would make it past the weekend but with the great teamwork at Blue Pearl, we were successfully able to take Jax home again, even if it was just for a week or so. We did all his favorite things, took him on short walks, drove to Starbucks for his last pup cups and gave him all the love we could before eventually needing in-home euthanasia services when we knew it was his time. We are beyond grateful to be able to have had this opportunity to care for him in the comfort of our home as we wouldn’t trade that time for the world. Thank you to ALL the amazing doctors and staff that helped make this possible, we will never forget this. We would HIGHLY recommend BluePearl Pet Hospital to anyone who is looking for the best care for their pet!
