Blue Pearl was amazing. Our Vet took the best care of our sweet pup and was very realistic about costs and next steps. I wish we could go here for our regular care! The team was so kind and considerate and we were seen very quickly. Our dog felt better within 24 hours.

I had an excellent experience at Blue Pearl Pet Emergency. All staff were courteous and despite being in another critical care situation, gave me regular updates of what was being done for my animal. Dr. Schreffler was the vet assigned to my pet. She had a very professional but caring manner in delivering very bad news regarding prognosis. Medications were prescribed for comfort. I was totally satisfied that my pet had received excellent care!

We recently had to take our pup who was vomiting profusely to Blue Pearl for emergency care. Despite their circumstances, our experience was so positive. The facilities were so clean, the staff incredibly friendly and supportive. We were given many options for care with full transparency on pricing. Our pup was in great hands and we could tell the full staff love what they do.

We had a great experience. All the providers and staff were incredibly compassionate and patient with us. We felt at ease throughout our entire experience. Dr Ali Fuller and Dr Laura Gibeon were excellent. Really appreciate how up front and transparent they are about costs. They are constantly updating you for each intervention and cost. This is the best emergency vet to go to! Went (again) in middle of the night and was immediately helped with my sick dog. Was a very successful visit. Professional and friendly staff and very helpful! Good to know there is a great place to go for urgent care where you are swept in and taken care of! I am confident going there.

Dr. Mak at Blue Pearl Downtown is excellent! She takes the time to ensure you understand everything. My dog Shadow loves this place. His health has made almost a complete 180, and I am so grateful. The care team helping Shadow has been phenomenal. The reception team is always kind and patient. Everyone, from the front desk to the facility staff, is pleasant. Also, the facilities are always immaculate.
